The traction is solid and predictable, and braking feels secure even in challenging situations. My EV's instant torque can be tough on tires in the winter, but the X-Ice grips so well that acceleration remains smooth and stable. Another big advantage is how quiet they are. Since EVs don't have engine noise, tire sound becomes more noticeable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how refined these feel on the road. They also seem to have low rolling resistance, so I haven't noticed any major impact on range. After several weeks of mixed winter driving, I can confidently say the Michelin X-Ice tires live up to their reputation. They provide excellent safety and comfort without sacrificing efficiency — exactly what an EV driver needs in a winter tire.

Great tires for ice and light snow. I've had these on 3 vehicles now, and they are the best tires ever on ice and light snow. Good in deeper snow and dry/wet roads. Durability is good for this type of tire. One oddity - they do require more break-in than most tires. When you initially have them mounted they make your handling feel vague and odd, give them 100-200 miles and it will be back to normal.

These tires work very well in snow and ice on my 07 Honda pilot. I've noticed great stopping performance, smooth & very little road noise. But despite excellent winter performance I had the scare of my life with these tires due their hydroplaning performance! I was caught on a sudden rain storm passing through CT and my vehicle almost hydroplaned twice despite driving under the speed limit due to bad weather. I don't recommend these if you live in places where rain storms are common in winter, these tire shine in very cold temperatures, snow and ice.

there are 3 cars in our family - one for my wife and me and 2 our kids (son and daughter) drive. I want the safest winter tires for them, and have been using Micheline tires for years on all of our cars. Trust them for 100%

These tires are performing well and no issues with feeling safer on the roads. Time will tell how they stand up. The tread design and reviews are why I picked this tire.

Michelin X-Ice Snow Tire is a great winter tire. The traction and handling in the snow and ice is absolutely tremendous. And surprisingly, for a snow or winter tire, they are relatively quiet. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely love my tires. They have been great in every storm we have had up in New England I would recommend these to anyone who hate winter driving.

Tires were good but Michelin did not send me their advertised rebate. I submitted my invoice and completed the online submission as required by the required date within the purchase time. Very disingenuous and would not recommend.

Love these tires. Work great for the nasty winters. I feel safe driving in the snow with these tires. I’ve always bought Michelin tires for my vehicles.
