Excellent! Commercial brand product the dome is very sturdy and heavy gauged metal. Much larger than we expected will last for many years of a child use! Great customer service!

Assembly instructions were somewhat confusing. Example dark colors in the instructions were actually the light colors in the parts. Color photographs would be extremely helpful for assembly.

The kids just love it!

Very nice to look at it very confusing and complicated to put together. The directions need to be explicitly clear and too many languages confuse what to do next. Only at the bottom do you see what should occur next rather than with the top directions!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a climber, no instructions; called and they emailed within minutes. Stayed on the phone till I had it. Then realized we were missing 5 hand grips, they shipped replacements right away. No hassle, no where's your receipt? They were pleasant and helpful a Great help! Thank you

Make sure you have a partner to help when you are putting this together.

Our daughter loves this. My only complaint is the instructions were not easy to follow.

Great purchase. Bought for grandkids 3 years and younger. When they are here climbing, the neighbors children come running too.

The holes are bigger than expected so the smaller children have a hard time climbing. Overall a great Dome and definitely recommend to anyone!

This dome is sturdy and gives the boys such an opportunity to get exercise. They even cover it and use it in imaginative play.
