The dome is really good quality. Fairly easy for two people to put together. The only problem we have is that it is a little big for our tall 6 year old granddaughter. We had to put something next to it for her to stand on so that she could climb up on it. She will grow into it though and should get better at climbing it once she gets more confidant. She also needs some sneakers with good gripping soles or bare feet.

We purchased a geodome play structure and upon assembly we discovered it was missing parts. I called the customer service line and spoke with Shannon within five minutes. Shannon was super helpful and our parts are on the way! Not having to deal with a long wait on the phone and Shannon’s excellent customer service was welcome. I can’t wait for our kids to play on this play structure!!

At first I dreaded putting it together but after reading through the instructions first then sorting everything out it went very quick!! I am a 60 year old grandmother and had help from a 56 year old sister, so you know it can't be that hard!! Anyway the grandkids, ages 6 and 9, love it!! It was larger than I pictured it and very sturdy!

I ordered this for my 3 and 6 year old kids to climb on while playgrounds are closed due to Covid. It took about an hour to put together, but the result is fantastic. It's a really sturdy dome. I can climb on it with my kids, plus it looks nice and is easy to slide around the backyard as needed.

Takes about 4 hours to put together with two people, only a few snags along the way as the directions are a little unclear at times. To my surprise, it is nice and sturdy and a good size for kids to play on. Wish the rock climbing grips were either all one size, or divided appropriately that a pattern could be used for the two sizes. Also wish the safety sticker wasn't plastered right in the middle of the set.

I received the dome yesterday, It took me just over two hours to assemble it, and it was really easy. I did it by myself. The best advise in assembly is don't tighten any of the screws at all, even when the directions say to do so. It will be easier to line up the bolts and holes, tighten every thing once it's together. You can use vise grip pliers to hold some of the assembly together while completing the circle. It won't take two people if you know how to use the tools and have them handy. I bought it for my granddaughters and I know they're going to love it, It's safe and sturdy and well constructed. I'm really pleased with the results. Bye the way the instructions are simple and easy to read, the only exception is that it instructs to tighten the bolts at different stages which will make assembly much harder, the parts won't line up as easy once they're set in place and you won't be able to adjust them. That's why people find the assembly a little difficult. Best advise in the reviews that I read, was "don't tighten the screws until the assembly is complete" it really works.

My wife purchased the climbing dome several years ago. The grandchildren have enjoyed playing on it when they come over. I moved the dome several times over the years when cutting the grass. Unfortunately, one of the bottom bars rusted out and broke. Called customer service and the young lady was very helpful. I ordered five replacement bars, just in case some of the others rust out as well over time. Young lady helped me placed the order and the replacement bars should be here in a couple of weeks.

This was shipped quickly. We just assembled it yesterday. The directions were a bit hard to follow, but you can kinda tell what pieces go where. It was not that hard to assemeble. A socket rachet tool made things MUCH easier. It seems strong. My 200+ lb friend climbed on it with my daughter. Hopefully it will give us years of enjoyment. Good price for a substantial product.

It is a great piece of playground equipment. The only drawback is the directions. It was difficult to put together, and after we were done, my 15 year old said, "It would have been much easier if we had done it differently." He needs to rewrite the directions for anyone else buying it! I did buy tent stakes for it; living in the Texas Panhandle, I want to be sure it stays on the ground! Overall, it is great.

Kids of all ages love the dome climber. It was easy to assemble with 2 people working on it, it took no time at all to put together. I would highly recommend for a small playground. It was such a good deal compared to other dome climbers I priced. I am glad I decided to purchase it!
