Great product. Very Sturdy. My granddaughter loves it. Plays on it every day. Easy to set up once you get going. I assembled it alone and was done in about two hours. Two people would be faster. Pay extra attention to the drawings and the placement of arms. Again great product. A business that is easy to do business with, becoming a rarity these days.

The direction were so-so, not impossible to figure out, but some parts could have been a little clearer. Took my husband a couple of hours to put together. Once it was up, my 3 and 5 year old were all over it. My 10 year old even plays on it sometimes. Very sturdy. All three of my kids will play on it at the same time. My 3 year old likes to climb on EVERYTHING, and this gives him somewhere to do it without getting in trouble!

I have three nieces that absolutely love this climber - its great for the backyard and keeps them and their friends busy climbing for hours. Good construction but there are a lot of pieces- cannot be avoided but just be aware of that if you are assembling it yourself.

After years of moving the dome around my yard to mow the lawn, a few of the metal tubes began to deteriorate (rust, bending at connection points). I contacted Lifetime and they instantly shipped me replacement pieces at no cost. I really appreciate the customer service.

Instructions could have been a little clearer, but my husband and I finally got it assembled. Waiting now to have it child-tested by 3 youngest grandchildren. Hope it will last a long time. You definitely need strong hands and lots of patience to assemble it. Good luck!

Bought this for my great niece. Had item shipped to Wal Mart store where my niece and her boyfriend could pick it up and bring it home. The box arrived in good shape. UPS sent Amazon order back because pieces were missing when box opened(so they say. They never attempted delivery). So on the second attempt we tried Wal Mart site to store. Be aware this box weighs 100 lbs. so think twice having it shipped to your home. Item is not packaged well for such a journey. Well, after it was put together my great niece was a little tentative at first. They had to use a stool to have her reach the bar. Well that didn't last long, now she climbs all over with no help. It has been keeping her amused for hours right in her own backyard. She will have fun for a long time. I'm glad her grandpa and I chipped in the buy it for her. Money well spent. Highly recommend!!!

I bought the Climbing Dome for my grandchildren in the UK and after I assembled it I noticed one of the climbing handles had arrived broken. I contacted Lifetime and they are sending a replacement part from the US. Thank you to Adam in Customer Service who dealt with my issue promptly and efficiently. As for the Dome, I used the video and instructions together to build it, it takes longer than an hour to build and make sure you don't get the bars mixed up (I learnt the hard way with 3 of them!) It is very sturdy and the children (7 & 5yrs) love it! I would definitely buy Lifetime again :)

What a great toy! We bought this for our daughter's 6th birthday! She is on it everyday after school. It's very easy to put it together if you follow the instructions. It is a LOT easier with two people! There are some awkward moments when an extra hand or two are beneficial. It took us a couple hours but we also were taking care of our 1 year old in the mix of things. We also sprayed it for added protection since ours is in the grass and will get wet more than probably intended to... I am able to move it by myself (Im a petite girl, 5 feet tall) although very awkward so it pretty much stays put unless my husband is home. We can easily move it around together when we need to mow. Our little 1 almost 2 year old loves it almost as much as his older sister. We throw a kids parachute over the top and they play under it like they are camping. It is very good quality and we see it lasting many years. Worth every penny!!!

It looks great in backyard and I was able to put it together myself (though help would have been nice) My 4 and 6 year old love it-not to mention the neighborhood kids. My son would be on it every day if it weren't so cold and wet out. Great buy. Only problem was I had to call the company because there was a mistake in the directions. But even that she was able to help me with no problem.

This dome has been a godsend during this stay at home era. It took a while to get it but it is well worth it. It us colorful and durable. My kids love the height of it and the hand grips. Thank you do much for this equipment. It replaced a plastic dome which lasted a few years when we had toddlers. I should have bought this dome first.
