Cake deco was painted and bled onto the cake.  I reached out and the issue was never resolved!  The paint on the deco bled onto the icing and into the cake

Sam's club cakes are always delicious. I prefer their whipped frosting, but the colored decorations had to be in buttercream. The cake had a good flavor and consistency. All my guests said it was great.

Great cake

Ordered the full sheet cake for my daughter’s graduation. Cake was delicious and they perfectly executed the colors I asked for. Several guests asked where we got this great cake.

Excellent value- highly recommend!

Cake was very delicious. the Sams bakery staff always seems to not care. they made a mistake on the cake and i spent 2 hours waiting for it to get resolved. When i got it back it looked like a 3 year old corrected the additional names on the cake. No apologies, they kept telling me it was my mistake, finally a manager told them to just correct it.

Cake Problems

The cake was delicious! My only issue was you can only order online. Makes it hard if you have questions and if your unsure you did everything right. I was worried there would be missed things and had no idea the cake would be ordered correctly until I went to pick up the cake. I prefer to have a choice of online or in person ordering.
