My sons graduation cake was not ready by the day of his graduation party. When I found this out I told Sam's bakery to cancel the order. I ended up scrambling and having to purchase 3 cakes from a local bakery to serve the amount of people we had. It was super stressful and to add insult to injury it says online I picked up the cake and I was charged for it.

Cake deco was painted and bled onto the cake. I reached out and the issue was never resolved! The paint on the deco bled onto the icing and into the cake

This cake was not as good as the other cakes I’ve gotten from Sam’s. I had an issue with the spelling on the cake, and it looked as if a child had done it. I was not pleased at all.

Cake was delicious and beautiful! Exactly what I wanted! We ordered the marble with the buttercream frosting for a graduation party. It was a big hit!

The cake came out great and delicious- the young lady name Marie I think was a great help when she assisted me on the app to place the order she was kind ,and patience. She had great customer skills.

I ordered a large marble cake for my son's graduation. It was boxed well and was very tasty. Shared with people at the restaurant and had someone ask where I ordered it because her grandson's birthday was the following weekend.

Nice and taste good

All of our guests said this was one of the best cakes they've ever tasted. We didn't even have leftovers.
