You can't beat the price! Taste Good. My fav is marble cake flavor.

Awesome as usual, I always come to Sam's Club to purchase cakes for all occasions, it's like a mainstay at all of our families functions it's the one thing i never have to worry about or second guess because i know it will be done right the first time just like i need it to be . Its the first place i think about when it comes to ordering a cake.

Cake was beautiful and delicious! However, order process was challenging and confusing. I attempted to order online and found that I could not order 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla cake online and so I went into the club. I was told I could not order my cake at the club and had to order online. One of the associates assisted me, but even she did not realize there was no way to provide special instructions (1/2 choc 1/2 vanilla) online and we ended up reordering the cake at least 3 times.

I do not like the on line only process of ordering cakes from Sam's club now in place

Ordered a Class of 2024 decoration cake with no Class of 2024 written on the cake and no sign decoration. When I went I went to pick up the cake the lady said they ran out of signs and the cake decorator was gone for the day and there was nothing she could do. No one called to say anything or thought to write it out, since it is a graduation cake!

First of all the cake looked beautiful and my granddaughter loved it! We had so many people ask where the cake was from. It was so moist and delicious. I called the bakery the day after the party to tell them thank you for a wonderful cake.

I was disappointed with the graduation cake. Sams club has always been great when it comes to their bakery items. A day before pick up someone called me to say they ran out of the butter cream frosting and the black lettering. Then they asked me if it was a problem. It was but what could I do. It changed the entire cake color which was supposed to be their school color.

I called the store and was instructed on how to place my order for a specific design. The cake I received did not meet the expectations. It was for a class reunion. My instructions were made clear that there was no need for class of 2025 or cap memorabilia. Lo and behold, a huge diploma and cap were printed on edible paper and placed dead center of the cake. It was comical. However, I still had the requested maroon color option that isn’t listed on all cakes, so that was a plus.

The cake tasted great and was very moist but I do feel Sams need to designate a specific individual to do the writing on the cakes. The first cake I orderd had the word BIRTHDAY misspelled and this last cake, the writing looked like my five year old did the writing so not to professional.

Cake was very delicious. the Sams bakery staff always seems to not care. they made a mistake on the cake and i spent 2 hours waiting for it to get resolved. When i got it back it looked like a 3 year old corrected the additional names on the cake. No apologies, they kept telling me it was my mistake, finally a manager told them to just correct it.
