After purchasing several different types of member Mark items I was never dissatisfied up until purchasing these dishwasher tabs. Absolutely horrible, doesn't completely get all the solids off as well as leaves a white thick residue on the darker dishes. The reviews led me to believe this would be comparable to platinum plus. Without a doubt it doesn't come close.

We used Cascade Platinum Plus Pods in our new Samsung dishwasher for 2 years before giving the Members Mark pods a try a couple months ago. I would chuckle when the Samsung app promted me to run Self Clean cycles- inside it looked like it was unpacked yesterday. I still ran them of course. After 2 month of Members Mark,there is a visible residue buildup forming at the bottom and the screen filter isn't shiny bright anymore. We are a Members Mark household from top to bottom, but these pods just don't make the cut. 2.5 Stars for only doing half the work.

They're very flimsy and don't fit in the washer door very well. They also don't clean very well. I've been having to handwash half of the dishwasher load because I don't want to run it through again.

Used these MM pods for years with no problems until last Fall. Noticed the pods do not dissolve well. They leave spots of dry powder residue (soap?) on the dishes %26 quite a bit of this substance at the bottom of the dishwasher. Same dishwasher, same hot water temperature, same everything - switched to Cascade %26 no problems, no residue. Disappointing and something must have changed with the MM pods to have caused this.

Like others have said, these do not work very well. The white powder does not dissolve, leaving it stuck to all the dishes after washing. And most of the dishes still have food on them also. Even when adding an extra pod. Unfortunately we'll have to switch back to Cascade. Disappointing.

The price is not bad, but it's not worth it. After washing the dishes, the soap does not dissolve fully, I have to rinse most of the dishes after washing, cause it did not dissolve and stuck on the inside of the cups and the plates. I thought maybe it needs longer time to dissolve, so I start dissolving the pod and warm cup of water before pouring it into the dishwasher and still do the same

I had been using cascade platinum for years. I was looking to save money, I wanted to love these members mark dish packs, I do not. I have been using these for weeks now and I have found several dirty dishes since using these. Back to cascade for this home.

Bought it because it was a few dollars cheaper than the name brand. It cleans fairly well, but it leaves the powder grit everywhere. I even tried to run a second cycle without more soap, to try and rinse off the grit, but that only helped a little. And it wastes a lot of extra water and time. I'll try to catch the name brand on sale, and handvwash in the meantime.

We're going to finish this purchase but not happily. We have to complete an extra rinse to get the excess powder off because a regular cycle leaves grit, and at times, food. The powder to gel ratio looks to be about 90% powder to 10% gel. We wanted to save money somewhere, but this will not be the product we get accomplish that with.

I really want to love these, they do a great job of cleaning and I've had no issues with the performance of the cleaning products. Its cheaper then the name brand, you don't need to waste money on others. My only complaint is the size of the packet. Dishwashers today make the detergent cup small and compact for various reasons. I almost have to wedge this in the dispenser and carefully slide the lid over without tearing the dissolvable plastic. This really... REALLY needs to be in a more compressible tablet that fits more dishwasher cups... then it would be 5 stars.
