I found it lessoned my nasal congestion, sneezing, and itching. It lasted all day for me. I did not notice any irritation or side effects. Product was easy to use. I normally use a prescription nasal spray. this definitely helped with my allergies and was easy to use. the instructions said to tilt your head forward to avoid getting the bitter taste of the spray into your mouth (nose is connected to your throat) but I felt it still could sometimes taste the bitterness which was the only downside.

However, I didn’t love the taste in my throat/the post-nasal drip even after using only 1 spray. Based on that I probably wouldn’t use it over a regular allergy pill, but it’s nice to have options!

I followed the instructions and even tilted my head down in order to prevent it from getting in my throat but the taste was so bad that I literally threw up in my mouth and had to sprint to the bathroom. If it wasn’t for the taste it would be a five star review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So full disclosure, this was sent after my allergy season ended. We had a couple warm days and I was feeling stuffy, so I gave this a shot. I will likely try this once more in the spring but initial impression is that this isn't for me. The spray is runny. Even having used it with my head down as advised, it ended up running out my nose and down my throat (that bitter after taste is no joke). Histamines make me silly and this was no different, a nap was compulsory, which kind of makes the fast-action (true!) a bit of a moot point. If you usually take an antihistamine and need one to kick in fast, this might be for you! Me, I'll pass.
