Lol but did it help yes it did but all of them do the same thing the only difference I noticed was that it clearly states steroid free

I tried adjusting how I used it and I still got the bad taste. otherwise it worked well to help maintain my allergy symptoms .

I tried this instead of my normal nasal allergy spray, and it had a strange pop-rocks sensation in my nose which made me sneeze. Also had a strange flavor that was slightly floral, as the excess ran down the back of my throat and made me gag.
