Yes, it's medicine. It tastes like medicine not candy or liquor... If you're not a child you should be able to overcome your hesitation knowing this product really proved to be extraordinarily effective. Seriously folks, get over it. This handled some hard to shake sinus congestion that came with a sinus/ear infection ( I get them a lot ) in a way I was very impressed with. Shake well, try to clean out your sinuses with saline if you're able it helps to make more surface area wide open for the medicine to land on and work. I will gargle after and/or have some water, maybe bend over for a minute after use to give it a chance to soak in instead of run back , kinda helped... your mileage may vary.

This product tasted disgusting at first and then kept dripping a sweet taste into my mouth over the next 30 minutes or so. After that I kept sneezing and blowing my nose worse than I had in the first place. Might work on some but not for me.

Instantly after one spray my sinuses cleared up and I was able to breathe and it lasted nearly all day. The downside is it tastes awful and it doesn’t go away very quick no matter how much you drink behind it. However the way it works I’ll take over the dealing with a bad taste every time

First of all the taste is horrible but the results are amazing! Completely worth getting over the bad taste. I had a runny nose plus, nasal congestion and I could not stop sneezing. This medication relieved the pressure in my sinuses after about 45 minutes. Very happy to have received this product. Will definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from pretty bad seasonal allergies. so I was really excited when I got a sample of this that was non-steroidal. it does help with my allergy symptoms and clear my nose however, the taste and the drip associated with this is a little too much for me. I followed the instructions to a t several times and no matter what I still got the better aftertaste and it really made me quite nauseous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this allergy nose spray hoping for the best but as soon as I sprayed it in my nose, my nose started burning. The spray came out evenly and worked as good as my normal allergy nose spray but the burning was very irritating and made my nose feel kind of raw. The price is affordable compared to other allergy nose sprays and I will recommend because everyone may not experience the same burning.

I usually take a Claritin each morning but tried this spray instead. I felt about the same as when I take the other medication. I do like that it is steroid free.
