It burns my nostrils and honestly it made me physically sick when i used it. That being said, it works phenomenally. One spray per nostril and my allergy symptoms are gone for days.

Till now I use this the day I got it right before bed because it said could cause drowsiness. I woke up the next morning and could breathe in my nose that was the first time in almost a year because well harvest really bothers me living here with it being around town everywhere all year long I stay congested until now. I like having an allergy spray, it's a lot easier to use than trying to remember to take a pill. It did a good job of relieving my congestion and helped me stay sneeze-free all day. Regardless of how long you tilt your head forward, it still gets in the back of the throat. It made my sinuses drain terribly each day so I quit using it after just 3days.

If you've ever used a nose spray to clear congestion when sick, this does the same thing. Only it is directed towards allergies. A little different ingredients. Dosen't completely get rid of my allergies but it help's them while using.

The relief lasts and I like the fact that it’s steroid free. The spray is easy to use and the instructions make sense. My nose definitely feels less stuffy! It takes a little getting used to the taste but the relief makes up for it. Just make sure that you lean forward when spraying to avoid getting more of the taste in your mouth! I also like that the bottle is small and easy to carry in my bag, which is a nice and convenient.If allergies are driving you crazy, this spray is worth giving a shot. It’s quick and easy to use and it really does help keep my allergies at bay. The only problem is that nasal sprays are not my favorite. But this works so well, I may just have to switch to it!
