[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Astepro Nasal Spray is a powerful nasal spray that worked very well for me. It does have a strong after-taste but not intolerable. I would buy this again.

I use this and it has really helped with my sinus!

It might be okay short term, but my allergy MD prescribed it for me and it wrecked my decent looking nasal mucosa  after 2 months of using it. I think Bayer uses a Monsanto Lab when they make this. Maybe using for a week or two might be okay, but I don't recommend this. I also talked with a friend who also had detrimental experience with this stuff.

I don't recommend this stuff.
