[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s honestly hard to tell if this is working or not for me. After I spray two puffs up each nostril, my sinuses feel like they swell up. I’m not sure if that’s normal for this type of medication or not. What I really don’t like though is I use this everyday at 8 am and by mid afternoon I can still taste it in the back of my throat and it’s not pleasant. I honestly wonder if my breath is effected. I don’t think I’ll be finishing the bottle.

I have seasonal allergies (cedar/pine trees being one of my biggest triggers). Astepro® Allergy Nasal Spray showed up at the perfect time for me to try due to real Christmas Trees being shipped in for the holidays. Its an antihistamine nasal spray that claims to work in as little as 30 minutes. I could feel my allergies coming on, due to waking up with a sore throat for 2 mornings in a row. The 3rd day was full blown sneezing, sinus drainage and watering eyes. However, feeling miserable already on day 2, I decided to try it (day 2 and 3 of allergies). I sprayed 2 puffs per nostril, leaning forward as per directions. Immediately, the product sprays up into your nose and you breathe it in. However, you need a tissue handy because the product does drip a large amount down out of your nose. After 5 minutes, I felt a slight difference- not sneezing as much or eyes watering as much but it did not touch the sinus drainage issues for me. I continued to have drainage the whole 24 hrs on both days. After 30 minutes I felt tired and fell asleep on both occasions of use. (I later read this was a side effect.) I am one of the 4% that felt drowsiness. If you are someone that has very mild allergies, this may be an alternative over the counter to a prescription but for someone with full blown allergy flare ups, it's not for me. I will continue to use my prescription to provide the relief I need.

I've found that nasal sprays are typically more effective for me than other types of OTC medications and treatments. This is a very effective product and does work for 24 hours. It is quite bitter, but this can be lessened by tilting your head forward rather than back, and by clearing your nose out after. It does have a bit of a strange sensation in the sinuses/nasal passage but it subsides pretty quickly. I would recommend despite this.

I’ve used Astepro Nasal Spray for a few weeks now and it has definitely decreased my seasonal allergy symptoms! Follow directions exactly to avoid a slightly bitter aftertaste. It doesn't have a real bad after taste if you follow the directions and this stuff works super fast, I mean within like 30 mins I could tell a huge difference. I suffer severe seasonal allergies and this really did kick it in the butt. It helps for runny noses, sneezing, itchy nose and nasal congestion. It last up to 24hrs of relief, now it did make me alittle drowsy so just a heads up. I have tried different products and by far this has to be my favorite.
