I love that it is steroid free and prescription strength, but I don’t have to waste money or time on a Dr appointment. I can just go to the store and pick this up and start getting better asap. Just spray once in each nostril and you’ll notice a difference soon after.

When I initially sprayed it in my nose, some of the medicine started to drip down into my throat in which it had a distinct sweet taste to it as it went down my throat. It was very strong initially when I put it in my nostrils. And as time went on, it settled but it had that metallic feel down my throat. I don't have any negative things to say about it because it is helping with some of the allergies that I do have. I work from home 100% of the time so it is helping with the indoor allergies that I do have. With continued use, I see that it would work for outdoor allergies as well.

This Astepro Nasal Spray has the same ingredient as my prescription nasal spray - Azelastine, which I’ve used for years. This OTC version works just as well as the prescription. I use this nasal spray when my nasal allergies are at their worst - this nasal spray opens up my nasal passages quickly. There is a funny taste, but it’s definitely worth it to be able to breathe through my nose. I’m glad it’s available over the counter now.
