The Astepro Nasal spray helped dry up my runny nose since the main ingredient is antihistamine. On the other hand when I was stuffed up it really did nothing to help. The spray bottle is a pump action which are easier to use. Follow the directions to avoid or minimize the after taste, I didn’t find it that bad, happens with others as well. I found it worked on runny, sneezing and itchy but not for stuffy congested symptoms.

If you follow instructions on how to use it, it does not have too bad of a taste. Do not tilt your head back and spray it, but lean over it and then quick spray. I have been suffering from allergies all of my life, but this is the best spray I have ever tried. I love that it's non-drowsy and I don't have to deal with constant sneezing and a runny nose. No more red nose. It will save a lot of tissues in our house. This is a must-have.

The directions definitely need to be followed. Tilting yhr head forward does indeed reduce the likelihood of a bitter taste. However I feel like my nose still dripped some of the product out (even with just one soray!). But still worth the fix.
