Ky, gets really bad with allergies, so getting this in the winter was definitely hard to give it a full review if it’s actually working or my daily allergies medication. But it did help with my congestion on certain days wheb it was warmer

I did two sprays in each nostril a day and have had great relief from my allergies. There is a fairly strong after taste but it isn’t too bad and fades relatively quickly. For the effectiveness of the spray I wouldn’t let the taste deter you.

I used this spray for the first time last night. It worked within 20 mins (it says within 30 mins) immediately grabbed to put in my bag this morning, to my surprise, I have not needed it again. Wish I had this during the week while at work, my allergies were flaring quite a bit. The best part, it is alcohol free & steroid free & it’s available over the counter

No runny nose or sneezing like crazy. I also love that it's steroid free. Make sure you pay attention to the directions and keep your head down for a couple of minutes after spraying it. The taste is horrible if you look up too quickly. It works fast and doesn't wear off. This will now be my go to for allergies.
