And lordy lordy, it takes like 2-3 hours to clean up. Talk about good exercise but also nasal congestion from being outside. Thanks to @astepro_US for coming to my rescue. I always sneeze and have a itchy nose, this is the first thing to work for me in a long time. The only thing I do not like is the taste. I would start with one spray in each nostril the first time.

This nasal spray gave relief in a few minutes. Then, it lasted all day. I was shocked how it didn't hurt my nose. I felt like my nose felt clear after using it and it helped with sneezing/itchiness. However, the aftertaste this leaves in your throat is disgusting and lingers for hours. It tells you to tilt your head forward to avoid that and I did and there was still a nasty taste.

It works quickly, but it also makes me feel very drowsy, not good when you need to wake up with kids at night. Also, it has a pretty strong aftertaste that I find off putting, and it burns a little going down. These are not deal breakers for some, but I am the type of person who struggles with any medicine that tastes gross or is hard to take, so this is a no for me. But it's very effective for those who don't mind those things.

I had tried several other medications with little to no relief. However, after starting to use the Astepro Nasal spray my symptoms have greatly improved!
