I had to switch to the new OTC from prescription Azelastine, and this version has sorbitol and sucralose. The idea must have been to mask the bitterness of the Azelastine active ingredient. The result is an hour or so of nasty artificial sweetness in the back of my throat. I so wish they offered a version without the icky sweet flavoring.

I also can appreciate that this product doesn't have steroids. This spray is easy to use. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it leaves a terrible bitter aftertaste. I've used many different nasal sprays but the taste of this one is the worst.

It left an awful taste in my mouth that lasted for a while and unfortunately it did not help with my allergies. My husband tried it as well. He said the weird after taste made him want to throw up and it didn't help him with his allergies either. Disappointed.

I was really happy with how much better it made me feel and how long it lasted. Highly recommend if you have allergies to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Astepro has been so good to me these past couple of days when my allergies were the worst. 1 spray twice a day is all I need personally to open me up enough to breathe. I'm actually so impressed that this is otc, because it works better than what I was prescribed. (Ask your Dr before you attempt this. My Dr said I was fine using mine!) But all in all, this has been ideal for my allergies in this hot, humid dry weather.

This was easy to use and comparable to Flonase. Perfect for on the go and easy to fit in any bag you’re taking so you can actually enjoy the out doors. Will definitely purchase in the future to keep it in my allergy med rotation! I’ve loved being able to enjoy the outdoors and sunshine thanks to this product without feeling miserable.

The only downfall is of course the taste of it from running down your throat. All in all I would highly recommend! I will continue to use this nose spray!
