It is alcohol free and fragrance free. Most importantly, it is steroid free. This is quick acting. I will be buying more.

I liked that since it's non-steroidal, it doesn't take several days to take effect. The one possible oddity was the after taste that lasted a little bit in my throat. Not horrible but not tasty. Other than that it’s a good spray.

The only problem I have with it is that so much product sprays out and goes straight down my throat and the over bearing taste is awful. That takes at least 15 minutes to go away. Too bad because I find that it works well. Give a try it works
