Asterpro can be used twice a day, but I only need one spray in each nostril and I am good to go for the day. I highly recommend trying this if you have allergies . Sometimes I have gotten a bitter taste in my mouth, just tilt your head downward when spraying and the problem is solved.

Unfortunately I felt more stopped up after usage than prior. Tried several times but did not seem to have any affect that helped me.
