I use every morning and every night and have seen a huge improvement in lessening my nasal allergy symptoms. I made the mistake one time using the spray and immediately got into bed and the post nasal drip combined with the Astepro really irritated my throat. Now I try to use it at least 30 minutes before bed and have no issues. If you have nasal allergy issues, I definitely recommend.

It dripped out of my nose almost immediately, and down my throat which tasted awful and left me gagging. My nose seemed to run more for about an hour and I blew my nose a ton during that time. Didn't seem to help much and lasting effects weren't there.

I normally do not use nose sprays because I do not enjoy most sprays taste and feeling of it going down my throat. because it only takes 1 spray per nostril this wasn't much of an issue. Taste isn't much of an improvement of others but since I only have to use half the amount it's not too bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My allergies were so bad today and I tested this spray and my itchy nose and nasal congestion disappeared quickly. It works better than my other spray. My only gripe is that the taste and so strong and bitter, especially when doing 2 sprays per nostril. Would use again only for bad days like today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product worked relatively well compared to other nasal sprays I have tried in the past. It didn't seem to work as well as I had hoped. This would probably work better if it could fight more allergens or was supplemented with something else to help with its ability to fight those allergens and your body's response to them. 3 stars is the best I can give it just because it seems to work ok against most common allergens but not well against others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually reluctant to use over the counter nasal sprays that isn’t saline. But this one helped a lot with allergies that have reared it’s ugly head. The meds cleared my congestion and gave me some relief in breathing.

Bend your head forward, spray, and let the excess drip out. Don’t spray to the back of your nose or it will drip down your throat and taste awesome

It cleared my sinuses right up and I started feeling so much better! I'm so glad I tried this. I highly recommend this for anyone with allergies. It didn't burn or dry my nose out either.
