Beware if you are sensitive to Sucralose. I ended up with a rash in my nasal passages and, after several doctor visits in which neither my ENT nor allergist had ever seen anything like it, I looked up the ingredients and saw Sucralose. I have the same reaction, though not in my nose, if I ingest Sucralose.

Spring has "sprung", well now we're basically into summer, and with the pollen and the harsh sun, unfortunately that also means my allergies have officially been "activated". This antihistamine nasal spray is marketed as "full prescription strength", up to 24 hours of relief, steroid, alcohol, and fragrance-free, and is supposed to begin working within 30 minutes. After using it, I can say with certainty that all of this is indeed true. However, the "drip" that you get from this down the back of your throat is pretty awful. It tastes terrible. So just keep that in mind. It will absolutely help but just be prepared for that! Have some kind of strong-tasting juice or soda nearby to drink after you use this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the instructions several times over, and even read reviews on here before using the product to ensure I did it right. So when I used it I tilted my head forward and kept it forward for a while after I sprayed to avoid the bitter taste in the back of my throat, and that was only moderately effective. I sprayed it before bed and I felt like it was draining down my throat for an hour or two, which honestly made it uncomfortable to fall asleep. It also made me nose burn something fierce! When I woke up the next morning, my throat was pretty sore and my nose was still somewhat burning. I will say that that subsided and I did have allergy relief the rest of the day! It is truly effective, but it is too harsh for me to use it regularly. If my allergies were unbearable, I would probably stick with it, but they're not bad enough for me to suffer through the side effects of this spray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every single time I used this nasal spray, I get the sneezes for about ten minutes. By sneezes, I mean one sneeze every 10-15 seconds. Once the sneezing stopped, it did clear my allergies. I tried one spray and two sprays and had the same results either way. If you can tolerate the sneezing initially, the product does work.

I only need to spray one for each nostril. However, it leaves bitter taste in my throat for also a day. I sprayed at night before bed and notice it caused drowsiness. Great product but I don’t like the bitter taste in my throat.

I actually used this when it was a prescription, but stopped using it when my insurance co stopped covering it. I had good results with it, and am really happy to se that it will be available without a prescription. This spray works differently than other sprays, as it targets all of the allergy symptoms, sneezing and itching included! The only reason I left off a star, is that it really runs down my throat after spraying. I will purchase it after ii run out... it does work, without the drowsiness of allergy pills.
