[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea that nasal antihistamines were a thing. When I realized Astepro was an antihistamine and not a steroid, I was doubtful. But so far? It seems to be working. It has the quick effects of a nasal spray, and within 10-15 minutes of one spray in each nostril, my sinuses were clear. It was like a dam opened between my sinuses and throat because OH BOY that post-nasal drip was intense for a minute before everything cleared up. That said, there are some cons. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't find the taste/smell to be overwhelming, but I'm used to nasal sprays so maybe that's why. I did, however, experience minor drowsiness and very notable dry mouth. Overall, I do like this. It's good when you need relief quicker than what a pill will give but don't want to use something that makes you really drowsy like Benadryl.

It really did help my congestion better then anything else I've tried. And, it was pretty much effective almost immediately. The after taste wasn't too bad, it was a little sweet honestly.

It is quite effective as long as you’re okay with the bitter taste it leaves in the back of your mouth. I am not sure I could get used to it myself. My sneezing, runny nose and congestion went away pretty quickly though so I appreciated that!

Works as said less than 30 minutes and I'm no longer going hmm...mom to help my throat from allergies!!! I will definatly repurchase purchase once the complimentary one is complete it works that well. The taste that does hit your throat after spraying isn't the worst I've tried and can totally deal with it for how fast acting it is!!! If your allergies are annoying to you and people around you lol try this you'll be awesomely surprised!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have severe seasonal allergies and have to take a allergy pill everyday. When I tried the Astepro Nasal Spray, I was pleasantly surprised that it kept my congestion completely under control all day. I didn’t feel it wearing off, and I was able to sleep comfortably. What I will say though, is that it has an awful after taste. It lingered in the back of my throat for multiple hours. Although it worked well, I would probably lean towards using another nasal spray brand due to the awful taste.

I have tried a multitude of allergy medications including over the counter pills, nasal sprays, prescriptions etc. When I recieved this it just happened to be right before the cottonwood got really bad and since I hadn't yet refilled on my usual allergy meds I figured I would give this a shot and see if it was any good. Its a nasal spray and it's supposed to be used once a day and should keep allergies at bay. First of all the drip that you get tastes absolutely horrible, probably the worst I've ever experienced it was so bad I started dry heaving and I've never had that happen before with a nasal spray so there's that. The other issue is that it didn't do anything for me. I figured that like most medications that maybe it just takes a few days some even a few weeks before you notice any difference however I didn't notice anything. I tried using it on its own for about 3 weeks (a rather miserable 3 weeks at that) to see if I noticed any difference in the severity of my allergies and after the 3rd week of dry heaving every morning and terrible sneezing and itchy nose and watery eyes I had to throw in the towel and go back to my regular allergy meds because this didn't do a darn thing for my allergies. I tried and it just didn't work out for me. I should mention I do have pretty severe seasonal allergies so that may have had something to do with the fact that was ineffective for me I can't really say whether or not it would work for anyone else because obviously everyone is different and everyone reacts differently to different things, I just know that my personal experience left very little if anything at all to be desired.

This has reduced my runny nose, but has not improved the nasal congestion. Last, the bitter taste of this is just horrible. The literature did mention this, but this is bad enough for me not to want to purchase in the future.

It’s powerful and it makes it possible to avoid the steroids that could cause bad side effects. I live in Kentucky so it has to be very effective for me to be impressed.

I have to even get allergy shots! today, my nose was so gunked up and felt swollen. after just 1 spray in each nostril, I can breathe beautifully. it did have a bit of drainage in the back which I hate about nasal sprays but it works wonderfully.
