It works great and is a strong yet effective spray. One drawback is the scent/taste if you even lean back slightly. The taste lasts forever and is awful. Otherwise great nasal spray!

You can definitely still taste it though, even if you keep your head forward like the instructions suggest. I did still experience symptoms, pain, pressure, congestion, etc. But they weren't as severe, the scratchy throat was new, but luckily it only lasted for about an hour, so not too bad. There's an initial menthol-like burn when you use it, which to me, lets me know that it's going to work. I will definitely consider switching to this product over my old brand.

I suffer from seasonal allergies every year and haven’t really found anything that helps. This Astepro Nasal Spray worked for me. I have used it 3X now and on the third day I really didn’t need it but used it anyway. It does work, however I can’t get over how sleepy it makes me. That’s the only thing I didn’t like about it. My doctor prescribed Azelastone for my non-stop runny nose. The pharmacist told me they were out of stock on that med and said it was available OTC as AstePro. I purchased it (at a rather expensive price) and carefully followed the directions for use. It worked like a charm and stopped the runny nose for the first 24 hours with no dide effects. But then the runny nose came back and the AstePro dod mot stop it

Yes, it's medicine. It tastes like medicine not candy or liquor... If you're not a child you should be able to overcome your hesitation knowing this product really proved to be extraordinarily effective. Seriously folks, get over it. This handled some hard to shake sinus congestion that came with a sinus/ear infection ( I get them a lot ) in a way I was very impressed with. Shake well, try to clean out your sinuses with saline if you're able it helps to make more surface area wide open for the medicine to land on and work. I will gargle after and/or have some water, maybe bend over for a minute after use to give it a chance to soak in instead of run back , kinda helped... your mileage may vary.
