I made sure to prime the pump and follow the directions to look down. This is so important because if your head is in any other position it will drip down your throat and taste terrible, which I know from other sprays. Looking forward to my next dose, who says that!?

It states that you should lean head down towards toes when spraying because it will leave a bad taste in your mouth. I did that and it still left a bitter taste both times I used it. The second time it seemed to linger longer. Anything I ate tasted off. It’s worth the relief it gives you.

I love that it’s steroid free but still provides strong, prescription strength relief for congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and that constant itchy feeling. The flexible dosing is a big plus since I can use it once a day for light allergies or twice if my symptoms are worse. It’s also alcohol free and fragrance free, which makes it gentle to use. Overall, this has been a game changer for my allergy relief and definitely my go to spray now.

I’m so happy I used it! It took about 30 minutes for my nose to dry up and I haven’t had any issues all day since! The only reason I didn’t give this product 5 stars is because of the residual taste it left in my mouth and throat…it was bitter and gross.

It says to gently sniff as you spray it in your nostril and also not to raise your head up for a bit so it doesn’t run down your throat. I tried to do those things, but I still got an aftertaste in my mouth. Otherwise, it seemed to work well since I sneezed less the next day. I am glad it is steroid free.

I really felt it worked well I just didn't like that typical flavor you get when it runs down your throat although it isn't as strong of a bad taste as most. other than that I would use this over my usual brand.

I can say that I can breathe much better when I use it and the drainage isn’t too bad. I usually don’t like nasal sprays because of that.
