First time I tried this nasal spray, I did 2 sprays in each nostril and it burned like fire. Next time I tried one spray in each nostril twice a day, it worked like a charm. No burning and never ever did I have a bad after taste. This is the only product that completely gets rid of my stuffy nose. It's a keeper for me!

I have a great deal of sinus issues and have even had sinus surgery. It's the only nasal spray that gives me all day relief and takes effect almost immediately. And I'll also add the some nasal sprays that drip to the back of the throat can taste disgusting and leave an awful taste in the mouth, but this one does not leave a bad taste at all! I will for sure keep this in stock at my home!

I could taste it in my throat the next day, maybe I used it wrong but it’s not for me. If you like nasal sprays maybe this could work. I will say my nasal passages felt very open for the entire next day ( I used it at night because it said it may cause drowsiness )

Have to admit, I was pumped receive this nasal spray! I'm one of those weird people whose allergies are oddly worse in the fall and winter, than spring and summer... so this came at the perfect time for me- Instead of loading up on benadryl, I had the great alternative of Astepro nasal spray. The active ingredient is Azelastine- typically something you can only get through a prescription from your provider. I have been prescribed this before and can attest: Astepro works just as effectively as the prescription strength. Great OTC option if you don't have time to see a doc at the moment for your allergies. It is worth mentioning- it has no medicinal smell or aftertaste either! It wasn’t pleasant. So overall I guess I would recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This didn't work for me. When I first tried it I got a headache and had to keep blowing my nose. It dripped like crazy. It started working in an hr. Lasted about 4hrs. and felt sleepy all day. Groggy the next day. I tried it a couple more times and decided it just wasn't working. It might be okay for other people. I like the way the bottle is shaped and it was easy to use.
