I’m the over the counter they have added some sort of sweetener to dull the bitter taste that can happen in the rx version. The fake sugar taste is overwhelming in this. They work great but I’ll stick to the rx without the weird, saccharine taste.

The problem is Child has allergies as well and absolutely refused to do any nasal sprays but when I told her just didn't burn she seemed to enjoy it and took the whole bottle of spray so this is something that I could definitely see our family using in the future

However, the days I stopped using it my sinuses were clogged (worse then before) and just took a while to become normal again. Its just not my preference for helping with allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person that has suffered from seasonal allergies for years! I’m always looking for some relief. The initial use of this nasal spray burns it was a strong caught me off guard burn. However once I got beyond the initial shock it immediately cleared my stuffiness and I could breathe beautifully! I think more time in the lab could sift this from okay to one of the best! Only other disappointment is that it didn’t last 24 hours like stated.

Initial use does yield some irritation but within 30 minutes it’s gone. I did not like the “taste” as like all nose sprays it goes down the back of your throat. I might stick with my previous brand.

I was really my nasal congestion was terrible this morning so I decided to give it a try. The package says it starts working in 30 minutes but to my surprise it started working almost instantly. For best experience tilt your head downward toward your feet and just spray. It's steroid free , I really liked that about the product. It's 24 hour prescription strength for congestion, runny nose , sneezing and even itchy nose. I definitely recommend this product.
