It’s simple and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone willing to try it out to relieve a stuffy nose or congestion. But please be forewarned of unintended side effects for some. This is the worst tasting thing that has ever been in my mouth. I sprayed it in my nose as directed and tilted my head down (also as directed to relieve the sour taste) and that didn’t help. It has been hours now, the taste won’t leave my mouth, and my allergies are still present. Nothing, and I mean nothing, will get this horrid taste out of my mouth.

And I went to be happy and able to breath through my nose. Now I've tried many allergy meds and sprays and this one is by far my favorite because it doesn't have that nasty scent and it's steroid free. And I even woke up this morning with my eyes watering and nose stuffed up so it legit lasts for 24 hrs! I also let my 16 year old daughter use some because her sinuses were bothering her and she asked to use more this morning before school because it works so well. I highly recommend 👌

I live in an area with lots of peanut dust so nasal allergies are frquent with symptoms including stuffy and runny nose. Astepro nasal spray works well, used it for 3 days and my symptoms resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t hate Astepro, but I’m not sure if it’s the right medication for me and my allergies per se. Upon spraying into my nostril (head down towards feet per instructions mind you), I would immediately go into a sneezing fit that would last between 5-10 minutes of varying intensity. Eyes watery, nose running, the works. Not unbearable, but not fun. After the fit ends, I’d dry my eyes and give my nose a quick blow and I’d be good for the day though. So…not sure if it’s a common reaction or what. 5-10 minutes of sneeziness for hours of relief doesn’t seem like a bad deal IMO.

I was so excited because my nose has been so clogged. I took a hot shower and used this and I can finally breathe again!!!!!

I have bad seasonal allergies and this nose spray definitely helped relieve some of my symptoms after just one use. It’s alcohol and fragrance free which I appreciated compared to other brands/prescriptions I’ve tried in the past. Spray comes out in a fine mist.
