[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had back surgery and a broken leg, if you've experienced pain then you will understand how important it is to find the right quality of mattress that will give you a restful night. When it comes to Tempur-Pedic you can't beat their quality in mattress. It's always hard trying to find the perfect mattress fit that isn't too soft nor too hard, the Temur-ProAdaft is firm, but not so firm you feel like your sleeping on the floor. I'm finally able to get the rest I need and would highly recommend this bed to others who have joint pain.

The Pro Adapt Soft mattress I have sleeps hot, despite following all of the advice from customer service reps. I am petite, under 120 lbs, and over 70. I am also experiencing tingling and pressure when I lie on this mattress. I want to love my mattress and give great reviews, but I am dealing with a dead end. Comfort level is not covered in warranty according to the company. Alan I need your help.

We took a long time to decide on which mattress to purchase because we were disappointed in our previous 2 non-Tempurpedic beds. I really didn't think I wanted a Tempurpedic product - I was pretty set on a firm traditional bed. I have hip problems and believed that would give me the best support, but the assessment tool at our mattress store recommended a ProAdapt Soft. Since we weren't pleased with our previous decisions I decided to trust the science behind the assessment and I'm so glad we did!! From the very first night we have slept great and it turns out that this mattress DOES give me the support I need, and the comfort as well. We also got the adjustable base with a snore feature and we LOVE it! It really does work. We didn't realize it at the time, but the delivery guys didn't know how to set up the sensor so it took us about a week to get it situated, but now that we have it working correctly we couldn't be happier with our choice!

The 1st night slept great-much more support than our 3-year old Cloud Supreme (a soft-medium mattress), The next few weeks were not as great, had traded in my neck pain for shoulder pain. Switched to a higher and firmer Bamboo pillow and that has surely helped. Wife has found new mattress better for her lower back. Overall, an improvement, Verdict is still out whether we will keep it or switch to the medium ProAdapt model.

Absolutely NOT for senior citizens, extremely difficult to change the sheets since this mattress is very heavy (queen size). I regret immensely buying it but after spending over $3000 I am stuck for life. 1st time putting a sheet on by trying to lift one side, something snapped in my shoulder & I have not recovered yet from this injury. I wish I could return it & recoup some of my money but I know it's not possible so unfortunately for me, I'll have to straggle with it for the rest of my life (I'm in my late 70's). Sorry Tempur-Pedic, I DO NOT RECOMMEND your mattress, this model or any other Tempur-Pedic model as well especially for older adults. For many years I had Sleep Number bed in king size (2 X twin) but after my husband passing, I moved & downsized so I bought this queen size mattress. I wish I could go back to the Sleep Number mattress & get rid of the Tempur-Pedic one but I can't afford to do just that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been complaining of upper back and neck problems for more than 26 years and all that went away ever since I bough my Tempur-Pro Adapt Soft Mattress on May 27, 2019. I believe that owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillow that is the right one for you is the key to achieving a restful night sleep and pain free. I no longer have to go for a biweekly massage that, oftentimes, only causes more neck and back pain. What is so wonderful about my Tempur-ProAdapt mattress is that it contours to the shape of my body. There are times when I do not lay my head on my Tempur-Pedic pillows, and that is absolutely fine too if you ask me. So far, I own two mattress from Tempur-Pedic and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is going to last me more than 20 years. With care, weekly laundry-washing, and the soft touch of Tempur-Pedic bedsheets and pillow covers, I know for a fact that IT IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME! Thank you so much Tempur-Pedic for giving me the FREEDOM to live my life pain-free! You get 5 out of 5 stars from me!

Both wife and I have had multiple back surgeries and still suffer significantly with back pain. This mattress has made sleep for us a little easier. We both wish the queen size mattress and adjustable base were available in split configuration like king size are.

We upgraded to this mattress from a "hybrid" Sterns & Foster. My wife has severe scoliosis and needed a pure foam, firm mattress. The Pro-Adapt is just a great mattress. Cool, super supportive, and really terrific for people who have spinal issues such as my wife. I love it too. Best mattress of about a dozen that I've owned in my life. Wish it were cheaper, because then I'd buy two more for the other bedrooms.

The firmness of the ProAdapt is taking some getting used to, but it is getting much better. My husband is sleeping better than he has in years. He has back issues and has not been able to stay in bed all night, but that has changed with this Tempur-Pedic mattress. Highly recommend it!

I had a salesman that apparently wasn't very knowledgeable. I have a really bad back and wasn't sure if I needed a medium or firm mattress. He had me lay on a firm lux breeze and it felt really good on my back. He said they lay the same. I've had mine for 3 weeks now I have slept on it maybe 3 hours. I went to a recliner first night on it. It was so hard I don't feel like I even made a indition on it. I can not sleep on it. But yet I have to keep it 30 days before I can return it. I've talked with several sales people but they all tell me they are talking to the manager and will call me back. I haven't received the first call back yet. He also had me lay on the smart ergo base with the wave massage I was so excited to be getting that base. Yet he ordered and they brought us out the base with only one massage motor. So it just kind of vibrates. I also called about this and I was told I can't return the base. I'm very very disappointed in Tempura pedic this was my dream to be able to actually afford one of these beds. But I will never again deal with this company. It could of just been a bad salesman but after calling for 3 weeks now. And not one call back from anyone not even the manager. I've had it with the entire transaction. If I can return it all including the base as well. I will purchase something else. Disappointed in Ky.
