[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got our bed it was super firm and had almost no give, to the point we thought we bought the wrong bed. We gave it some time to break in and now the both of us love this bed! It gives us both the support and comfort we are looking for.

I had the tempurpedic-Adapt - in medium for the 90 days traded it in for the pro-adapt-firm. Well best thing I ever did because just the other morning over a cup of joe, I asked my wife if I have been complaining about my back and she said no. So it speaks for it self

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! We first purchased the tempur adapt mattress in the medium-but upon sleeping on it at home, it was entirely too firm. The rep at the store, said the store models are often softer since they have been in use for a while. So keep that in mind when trying them out. We were able to exchange it for the soft tempur pro adapt and was so glad we did. Yes, this one is pricier, but if you are purchasing this brand of mattress, you better get what works-because none of them are cheap. The soft is perfect, even brand new out of the package. I think it would be simpler if Tempur-pedic only had soft or firm version of their mattresses. The mediums are pretty firm-not much difference between them and the firm. The soft versions are always the most comfortable to me.

We love our new TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid bed with its TEMPURERGO Smart frame. The bed is so comfortable, and we love to set it at a very slight incline. We always had to stuff pillows or towels under our old mattress to get the same affect. Now if we want to read in bed, we can set it so we are sitting up and can also turn the virbrator on and enjoy reading before going to bed. The bed itself is so comfortable and literally engulfs our body for a perfect night sleep. We can hardly wait to see what our score is each morning after a good night sleep.

Purchased thinking this would be great choice for new comfy bed and keep us cool in hot summer, but we were wrong. The mattress has not conformed to our bodies nor does it keep us cool. It is fine if you like firm. Unfortunately, this is not for us. The service was great , easy delivery.

I never knew sleeping can be this good. With this mattress i sleep fast peacefully and when i wake up i feel refreshed after a comfortable amazing sleep. Also its a therapy for back issues. Me and my husband both have bak issues and now its improving. I love this mattress

The issue is not with the product. I recently requested an exchange for my newly purchased mattress, to an upgraded more expensive model. Now, keep in mind that it took 32 days to receive my first mattress, including the adjustable bases. (that was also a fight to get) We are coming on 14 days and I still have not received my exchange mattress. I have called more times than I care to mention. Ever time I call, the wait time is awful long. When I finally speak to a "customer" service rep, I get an answer of your order will process in 5 to 7 days, call back. Along with the lovely " have I helped you? and is there anything else I can do?" HA!! You haven't done anything. So, I call back once again. 7 days to be fair. The response, I am sorry, it takes 7 to 10 days for your order to process. So, I call on day 10, then told to call back again. That it takes 10 to 14 days. Today, after being told not once but twice to speak to a special department and being on hold. AND hung up on twice. I am still no where. And calling on day 15. DO NOT, DO NOT purchase from on-line. Find a store, compare your prices. Do not get stuck in this horrible nightmare! When I asked if I could cancel my whole order and how long it would take for funds to be retransmitted. 10 to 14 days.......

Very happy with the way the mattress sleeps. Only complaint is its so comfortable and with no cording on the edge I sometimes wake up feeling like I'm sliding out of the bed. But, still love it and it's a huge improvement for my husband who suffers with a bad back.

I love my new bed! It has the comfort and support of the Tempur-pedic foam PLUS that touch of a bounce to assist in turning over that the hybrid inner springs gives it. Best of both worlds! Deeper, more restful sleep Easy on my shoulders and hips when laying on my side Doesn't "sleep hot"
