This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new Tempurpedic to replace our original (which held up since 2006 and is now used at our vacation home). We tried all the other popular memory foam beds-in-box, but none compared to Tempurpedic. We opted for the hybrid medium firmness and sleep like babies!

I used this mattress for 7 months before exchanging it. I think it is a high quality mattress which just happened to not be the best choice for me; I have exchanged it for another Tempurpedic model. For reference, I am male, 5'10", 175 lb and sleep on my side. I chose the ProAdapt Soft because it felt very comfortable at the store. My old mattress had made my shoulders sore and I wanted that to stop. Pros: 1. Once broken in, I felt no pressure on my shoulders or hips. 2. Mattress sleeps cool when you get to bed and as you fall asleep, even in the summer. 3. It was comfortable to sleep or sit on the edge of this mattress, even at the corners. I never felt I would fall off. 4. It felt well made. Cons. A. It took long for the mattress to break in and feel truly comfortable. About 3 months. B. What initially was a niggling sensation on my side, towards my hip, because full-blown soreness after 4 months or so. I later realized that my hips were sinking in too much. This is why I had the mattress exchanged. C. In summer, the mattress got very warm (but not quite hot) after several hours. When I woke up in the middle of the night or in the morning, I felt very warm. I would advise buyers of this mattress to: - If buying at a store, try it not just for comfort, but also alignment. Go with a friend and even take pictures if you can to assess how straight your spine is. - If buying at a store, make sure the return policy is good. - If you are a hot sleeper, this mattress may not be a good choice. It is initially cool but gets warm later. I will recommend this mattress because I think it will work for some people, perhaps those much lighter in weight than I am.

You can not go wrong with a Tempurpedic. They might be costly, but in the end your body will reward you. I had a knock off version and within a year there was not a day where I woke up with no back pain. Since I got my mattress I have been sleeping so well. I can only recommend it.

This is my third Tempur-pedic and I have to say the best one yet. The hybrid model provides the most comfortable support for my aging and damaged back. It also sleeps cooler than the Rhapsody breeze. I love the feeling of the temper foam, and the coils enhance the ability to roll over, and move easily on the mattress. I'm hooked! The pro smart base is exceptionally nice in that it provides the lumbar support and newer sleep technology. The only negative is the inexpensive feel of the remote. My Ergo base remote has motion "wake up" backlighting. The Pro Smart remote requires a flash light to see which buttons to push, before the back lighting comes on, and very quickly goes off (almost instantly.) other than the remote issue, I love my new bed!!

We were happy with the tempur pedic mattress we purchased twenty years ago. We wanted a quality product again; we are enjoying the comfort and supported provided by our new tempur pedic. Unfortunately, the removable cover is slippery and causes our mattress pad to slide and bunch up during the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on the Tempur-PRO adapt Matress for a few weeks now and I think it may be the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Mine is soft, but it's still supportive. The only complaint I have is that it does seem to trap heat, so I do notice I get hot in my sleep. Over all I really love it!

OMG! This is the best bed we've ever owned! Contours to your body & cooling & warm at the same time! We sleep through the night without Rossi g & turning; and no more hip pain, or leg cramps! Snoring gone too! Raise the head & foot a little bit & we're off tho lala land!. On the weekends; we struggle to get out of bed! Never will ever get a regular mattress again! We bought the pillows to!❤️❤️

I tried to save money 6 years ago and bought a level down from beauty rest. Good mattress but started sagging. I KNEW at the time it was a bad move and did it anyway. Hence, 6 years later, i bit the bullet and bought my Tempurpedic. Costly lesson, but now I sleep so comfortably! Don't make the same mistake I made... START with Tempurpedic!
