I bought a King size Pro Adapt CG FR in late March 2021. I love a firm mattress. We loved our mattress for 3 years. In year 4 the mattress consistency changed dramatically. It is like the mattress became ice cold and hard like steel. I paid around $4000 for this mattress, and was swayed to buy it due to the 10 year warranty. I followed the online process, which was ridiculous. Send pictures. Fill out a very brief form. No phone numbers, no human to talk to. They turned it down because they said my photos could not show a manufacture problem. Really? You mean you cannot see the change in the mattress in a photo? I appealed their decision. They said no again, because they said it was a personal preference change and not a mattress problem. This is not true, and insulting. They offered no reasonable solution to this problem. Do not rely on the warranty. They have a big name, but zero customer service. If you are expecting the mattress to last more then a few years you are going to be very disappointed.

We tried all of the mattresses at the Tempur Pedicure store. It was difficult to choose and we settled on the Pro-Adapt Soft. I'm glad we did. It's super comfortable. I'm also so happy that we purchased the adjustable base. I have lower back pain and found that just elevating the foot of the mattress relieves any pressure on my lower back.

I've been using tempur pedic for over 7 years now we loved it! and after replacing my old one since I can't find the receipt to get it replaced, so I'm stuck on just buying a new one,(who keeps their receipts for more than 5 years anyway ^_^) i had high hopes but I'm disappointed on this new pro adapt. Back pain has been consistent so far on any posture I try. Can't return it without paying restocking fees. So disappointing.

I must say that I was worried at spending this much money on a mattress (only because what would really happened if I didn't like!), but went a head and purchased it. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever been on. No adjustment needed on my part, fall asleep right away and sleep soundly thru out the night. I will never again think twice about getting a Tempur-Pedic again!

I am quite familiar with Tempur-Pedic-, I use to own a king size, and when I down sized to a queen, It was with mixed feelings to spend so much money on a mattress, well, after sleeping on my mattress I now realize how I would pay double just to have the same sleep I used to get, this mattress out performs my old mattress and the new tea to keep it cooler really is a God send.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this bed out of necessity and did not get a chance to research it as much as I do with most major purchases. I had heard they were hot to sleep on and it took a long time to break in. I was reluctant to commit. The salesman assured us we would have 100 nights to sleep on it and decide if it was for us. We have loved it since the first night. It is not hot at all to sleep on. We did not have to break it in and we love the adjustable base we added to it. My favorite part is the massage setting. Overall we are very happy with the whole system and would buy it again.

When you lay on the mattress you get the feeling as if you were in a sound proof room. Your movements are not free raged all over the bed. It's more like your body is absorbed where you lie, and it feels like a very slow quick sand until you fall asleep. It takes like 6 to 7 months to really soften up to your sleep positions, but is still firm enough to support your back. If you have an adjustable base it will not conform as well as the softer mattresses because it is Firm. Unless, you use the new lumbar support adjustable base by TempurPedic. Although, while laying down, it flexes some; it needs body weight. I have tried several mattresses from Sleep Number, to Purple mattresses even Hybrid mattresses and Organic mattresses. Tempur pedic is the best one, especially if you have joint pain, musculoskeletal issues and fibromyalgia this is the mattress for you. Also, if you have sensitive skin it is great since it doesn't compress the skin, is dust-mite resistant and less likely to attract bedbugs. I chose a Firm mattress, because I know over time the mattresses get softer. Also, I didn't want to have to buy another mattress for a very long time. Of course you choose one to your own comfort and needs. I do recommend you go to a Tempur Pedic store first and try the different types, do your homework before you make a selection. Remember your bed is the one place you go to release, relax and rest..choose it well. Its the one investment you won't regret!

My Tempur-ProAdapt Firm mattress is so extremely comfortable. For the first time in a long time I'm sleeping through the night and waking up without pain. This is a luxurious mattress. The only slight drawback is that it's much higher than my previous Tempurpedic mattress, making it a little difficult for a shorter person to get into & out of bed. Still, I absolutely love this mattress!

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. I have been sleeping on a firm mattress my entire 60+ years, as that was told me to be "good for my back". But for the past year my hips and shoulders were aching all day, and I woke multiple times through the night. My family referred me to the Tempurpedic, and suggested a soft mattress. After just 1 night's sleep, I have no aches and pains. I now sleep through the night, every night, and wake up feeling refreshed and energetic.
