Mattress is sagging! They allow a form on line take pictures of receipt, take pictures of the bed and last turn your mattress over and take a picture of a tag! We are elderly it's hard. The store we bought it from doesn't help! They don't carry the warranty! Great! It's only 4 years old and it's sagging at the bottom of the bed. After 3 calls to warranty a nice women suggest we get a mail in warranty not on line because the pictures I took on my phone I didn't know how to make them smaller ! So frustrating

The morning that it was delivered, I woke with back pain. That afternoon, I laid down and slept for 3 hours. I never sleep in the evening. My back feels so much better. The spinal support is amazing. I also get hot at night, and this is so much better.

It did take some getting used to after spending years on a box spring mattress, and now spring mattresses make me feel like I am laying on a jello mold! Once I got used to it, I have slept great and have noticed fewer incidences of a kinked back when I wake up in the morning. Anyways, I would definitely recommend this mattress- the financing options definitely help make it worth the investment.

I didn't think we could ever replace this very old mattress because it was SO PERFECT! It was also completely worn out after about 25 years or so. Well, we got the ProAdapt firm and it is just like our old one. I was just thrilled. Completely happy. Our clerk was extremely helpful in listening to my story about trying to find another Tempurpedic mattress like our original. She just pointed it out and said that was it. And it was! I'm usually a side sleeper, but I've slept on my back with little or no back pain when I rise. I'm happy with my purchase.

Relative to other beds and based on timeframe (6mths as of nov 2022) proadapt med hybrid is the best bed for pressure relief with support that i have found. I dont like the slow sink of the all memory foam bed and this hybrid counters that effect nicely. I am side sleeper predominantly, 235 lbs and need some give in the bed w/o sinking my hips (hammock effect) this bed has performed very well to date. I changed my mattress protector and sheets to bamboo which help diminish any hot spots that I was experiencing with cotton sheets and the tempur mattress. Although i didnt want to pay this much for a bed .... thus far it has been a great purchase well worth the money if i can get 10 years out of it.

I have been sleeping on this bed for a couple weeks now and it has been some of the best sleep I have had in a long time. This bed is amazing. I like a very firm bed and it is quite firm but it also has some give and conforms to your body. I like that it doesn't make me hot at night so I sleep comfortably.

I now do not feel my wiggle worm husband move around all night or getting in and out of bed. The edges are firm so you don't feel like you're sliding out the edge of the bed when getting out. The two mattresses stay in place with no problems. There is a split between the mattresses but barely noticeable. It is a little more effort to make but only because we have separate twin sheets so wiggle worm doesn't pull mine off all night. Be are both stomach sleepers so the firm mattress supports us in that position. Best night sleep I've gotten in years other than moving to another room when he kept waking me up! Make sure you try out firmness levels at a local store if you're ordering online.

I just bought my third Tempur-Pedic mattress. My 2003 mattress is still a running strong. My 2009 mattress is still running strong. I am giving that one away. The one that I bought this time is the Pro Adapt Firm, for the pressure relieving properties. I have never woke up with pains or aches. The mattresses just get better and better every night. If you are looking for a world class mattress, you found it. Pass the rest and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Those that think that they need a firm, think again. The Tempur-Pedics should be purchased according to feel. Just buy one, knowing that they are life changing mattresses. Also forget that they are a flat mattress. What matters most is how you wake up feeling. I write very reviews. I am writing this one for those that want a mattress that will out perform an of the other mattresses on the market. Our previous Tempur-pedic was 20 years old plus and definitely needed to be replaced. This time we bought a split king with an adjustable base because we both need to raise our heads and my husband needs to raise his feet a little also. The ProAdapt soft mattress has proved to be very comfortable for both of us whether we sleep on our side or our back. We both have different types of back issues and I have problems with sciatic nerve so the comfort of this mattress is extremely important to us and we just love it. I can only think of one negative issue and that's it can be difficult to change the sheets.
