I feel like I am laying on a hard platform. It's uncomfortable and it feels no cooler than a regular mattress. I paid cash for the total purchase and we are thinking about taking it back. There has to be a better product because this mattress is terrible.

I have never bought a mattress before, first got memory form out of a box and it was terrible so I exchanged for tempur-proAdapt soft and really do not like it either. Since I already had one exchange they would not take this back and refund my money. I just do not like it so it is in the other room and I am still sleeping on my old bed. Great product but not for me.

I love the mattress and it's very comfortable the only thing the top of the mattress material is very slippery so when you put on a mattress pad it is very slippery and slides. I wish they had used a different material for the top part of the mattress. You can purchase a mattress protector from them but I've read some reviews and sounds like it bunches up and is slippery also.

This is the third mattress I've purchased in the past 3 years. I have been experiencing back problems associated with scoliosis. My chiropractor recommended a firm mattress but the ones I tried failed to provide the support I needed while also flexing enough not to pinch my pressure points. Also, what was good for me wasn't always good for the hubby. My Tempur-Pedic finally hit the mark for both of us. I sleep hot, he sleeps cold. We are both very comfortable now. I need firm support with give for my curvy figure, he doesn't have the curves and can handle a flatter firm. Both of us are finally happy. Did I mention we live and travel full time in an RV? This mattress is a blessing to come home to each evening when we are on the road.

This was the first time trying a tempur pedic mattress, so I was unsure about how my back would take to it, but it has been the best change. The mattress is firm enough to where you don't sink in, but soft enough to where it kind of molds to the body. It's amazing.

Our original was still under warranty, so we upgraded to this model. We are so satisfied!! My husband's back/neck are not bothering him anymore. We get a full night's comfortable, cool sleep. We had an older version that we never realized was keeping us from having a good nights sleep. After purchasing the newest Pro-Adapt mattress we have both been sleeping more sound and waking up feeling so much better and very well rested. It's expensive and worth every penny. Buy nice or buy twice as they say. Every day I so look forward to curling up in this mattress. With a down comforter it's heaven on earth, sleeping in the clouds. Love it love it love it. And def go for the adj base the zero g is unreal! I've been a light sleeper all my life and this mattress has me deep sleeping all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mattress because I wanted a soft mattress since I am a side sleeper. I find the mattress very comfortable for my shoulders and hips. The mattress slowly conforms to your body shape once you lay on it. Unfortunately, I still find the mattress to be warm. After a few hours of sleeping, I find that I need to kick off my covers due to the build up of heat in the bed. So much for a good night of sleep. I was hoping the cover of the ProAdapt they advertise so well as being cooling would be enough to keep me cool throughout the night but I did not find that to be the case. This is a good mattress is you want a soft bed but you get warm, this is not the bed for you.

Don't know how they do it! When I slapped my hand on the bed, it felt close that of a "redgit board". Then, when you lay down on the mattress, it like sinking into a cloud (Just an analogy as I have never slept on a cloud - full disclosure here). The mattress simply adjusts to your entire body and gives you the most comfortable sleep ever. I guess the secret formula will never bare its sole.
