We bought this mattress in August 2020 and so far we like it. We like the way it sleeps cool and conforms to help with pressure points. I would have given it a 5 star but it is still new and we are "breaking" it in. I have been told it will get softer in time, and I hope this is true. I don't wake up sore or hurting anywhere, and it gives good support too. I have no complaints and would recommend this mattress.

From an engineer & doctor couple... this is our 2nd Tempur-pedic and it just keeps getting better with age, no kidding. Our 1st, a queen bought in 2012, is going to one of the kids, because we upgraded to a king. The only problem with this brand is you get so spoiled that traveling becomes a chore knowing no hotel, cruise, or other family member's mattress will be as comfortable; unless of course its a Tempur-pedic. Find one on-sale and pull the trigger; you won't be disappointed. Also, don't be afraid to go for the firm level.

I'm very happy with this mattress and I slept good on this Temper ProAdapt Soft mattress. This is recommended mattress for the side sleepers after I did the mattress questionnaire. Only bad thing about it is that the frame has huge staple shape metal frame that hold the mattress at the foot end where I lean on to put on socks or pant. It was so uncomfortable to lean on the foot end of the bed. So now I lean on near the corner instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Tempur-Pedic. It took a lot of looking before we found the ProAdapt which we feel is the closest to our original Tempur-Pedic. We choose a split king with adjustable base and could not be happier.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. I generally prefer a soft/medium mattress and my husband likes the bed on the firmer side. We got the Temper-ProAdapt in medium and have both been very comfortable. When you first lay on it, the mattress feels quite firm (to me) but gently forms to your body and feels very supportive. It doesn't feel like you are sinking into the mattress, it is still comfortable to move or turn. And it was immediately comfortable from the first night. It also seems to stay cooler than our last mattress, we both sleep warm so that is a huge plus. We've also experienced little to no movement transfer, neither of us stirs when the other gets into our out of bed, which is really important because we aren't always on the same schedule. I also really appreciate that the mattress is very light. I like to keep our sheets really tight, so I lift each corner of the mattress and it is SO much lighter than our old mattress. I've been a side sleeper for my whole life and try sleeping on my back from time to time because I hear it is better for us and this mattress is the most comfortable I've been sleeping on my back. The delivery process was easy to set up and the gentlemen who brought it were pleasant and professional. It's been a couple of weeks and we are loving our mattress!

Three months ago I purchased a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed and a very soft non-Tempur-pedic mattress (I always liked soft mattresses, and I'm a stomach sleeper). Perhaps it was the fact that I'm no longer young, perhaps the mattress in question was too soft, I don't know, what I know is that I had a terrible time sleeping in it. My back ached terribly. After 3 weeks I went back to the store to exchange it for a Tempur-pedic. After trying the medium and the firm, I decided to try the latter. It's been 2 months since I've been sleeping in it, and I can say it was one of the best choices I've made in my life. It took a couple of weeks for me to break-in the mattress, but once this beauty and I got to understand each other, our relationship has been wonderful. I haven't felt lumbar pain ever since, and the best of all is that I CONTINUE TO SLEEP ON MY STOMACH! It's a miracle, really.

The mattress was okay but very foamy, such that if you roll around during the night, you will be working with the initial impression that your body left. Also, I have a bad lower back and found it didn't provide enough support (I'm 5'4", 113lbs). I did get the ergo base and love that. The only way to improve that would be to have a timer set so that after falling asleep it would revert to the regular position.

We always love tempurpedic mattresses for their quality and great for our backs. We are waiting for our cal king mattress to wear out so we can replace it with another tempurpedic mattress soon.
