My husband and I have problems sleeping like body aches and waking up during the night sweating. We decided to check out the mattress market to find a better choice for us. This mattress is WONDERFUL. The first three or four weeks it is VERY firm. Trust me, having owned two Tempurpedics, a Snuggle-Pedic, a Nectar Lush, and two off brands, there is nothing better than a FIRM Tempurpedic. When it feels too firm in the store, just know it will soften over time! (The softer ones do too - that's the problem with them!) Back pain is reduced, and both my wife and I can once again snuggle closely on our sides without sinkage! Thank you, Tempurpedic!

This type of mattress is not working for my husband and I. After reading positive reviews on this product we had high hopes this would be the mattress for us. We have been sleeping on it for almost one month and I wake up everyday with neck and lower back pain. I am on the smaller side and I just do not feel it conforming to my body the way the salesperson described.

Mine is soft, but it's still supportive. The only complaint I have is that it does seem to trap heat, so I do notice I get hot in my sleep. Over all I really love it!

I have had it for a little over 2 weeks now and it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever used. It conforms to your body and helps you stay cool throughout the night with the cooling gel. Tempur pedic has found a life long customer!

I was told by the sales associate that I wouldn't like it for the first week and at least until it was broken in like the one on display which was around 6 months old. I have to be extremely honest with you, from that very first night I slept on it, was the best night of sleeping. I have noticed an improvement in my posture and my back doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. Quality is outstanding. I can't find anything wrong with it at all.

I bought a king-size version of this mattress four years ago and loved it. Because my guest room had a queen-size mattress in it and most of my guests were couples, I felt compelled to move the king mattress to the guest room. That resulted in me moving the queen mattress from my guest room into my bedroom. It was not a Tempur-Pedic mattress but, although it was like new , it didn't measure up to the comfort of the king mattress that I had sacrificed for the comfort of my overnight guests. Tempur-Pedic mattresses aren't inexpensive, so I waited a long time to treat myself to the much-nicer mattress for myself. My whole body feels better after sleeping on the new mattress and I just ordered pillows to complete the experience. The mattress is very heavy, which gives me a workout when I change the sheets, but I knew that before I bought the second bed and was willing to work a little harder in order to experience the greater comfort.

I finally just bought this one, and when I say I have never slept better, its an understatement. I actually sleep through the night now, and my husband who has a bad back hasn't complained in one month. It was a costly investment, but after the great sleep we are getting it is well worth it.

So far I have found this mattress to be the perfect choice for me. I waited quite some time to make this purchase, in order to do research on what would suit me best. I am glad I did, because there are many options out there that don't meet-up to the hype. This won't be the cheapest, but sleep is invaluable and necessary to be at one's best. I would make this choice over and over again.

I had a 20+ year old mattress and really needed a new one because I was having problems with my back. I have been on the road to wellness and getting a new mattress was part of that process. The first 2 weeks of having the new mattress, my hips were stiff but now that it was been almost a month, I have adjusted! I sleep great and seriously, hard to get up in the morning because it is so comfortable. Pricey but in the long run, worth it!
