I called company. Company immediately sent out another co2 canister to see if that was the problem. It wasn’t. I had to send company pictures and info. Company replaced machine within a couple of days. It worked.

Our new Terra is beyond cool. It's basically taken our family's addiction to soda water, and turned it into a money-saving, environmentally friendly science lesson. VERY HAPPY.

We can’t stop drinking soda water. We’ve been adding different juices to it, as well as mineral drops. It’s amazing. The machine is super easy to use too. Can’t recommend this enough.

I'm very happy that I bought the soda stream. Using every day. Completely eliminated buy bottled sparkling water. Plus, I can adjust the amount of carbonation I want.
