Before I used my brand new "Dishwasher-Safe" bottles I decided to pass them in the dishwasher. Well they are not that dishwasher safe... The screw/top part of the bottle shrunk and became an oval. It creates 2 problems: 1 - It is impossible to use them as the oval neck does not lock in the gas making machine. 2 - The cap is very hard to screw on top, due to the oval shape problem... Note that these bottles were along side other plastic items in the dishwasher. My other plastic items did not move. Never did. The diswasher was running on a regular load and drying temperature. Nothing extreme. And carefully placed them in the center of the rack, away from the drying unit at the bottom of my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I am VERY disappointed by this and would not recommend Soda Stream to anyone expecting to wash their bottles in a dishwasher. Mine did not survive the very 1st wash !!!!

I've never had a sodastream but my mom raves about hers so now I can finally see why she loves it so much. it was so easy to use and to set up, maybe 7 min after taking it out of the box i was able to carbonate my first drink. I love that it's cordless and no batteries either meaning i can place it anywhere in the kitchen. it looks sleek and the bubbles tasted great. I also like you can customize the strength of the bubbles! and huge plus everything is recyclable. highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is even better than I could’ve imagined. I absolutely love sparkling water but do not enjoy drinking soda because of the sugar. Using the Soda Stream Terra, I can take water from my own home and carbonate it to my specificity and enjoy as much as I want without using plastic bottles/aluminum cans. The large button for carbonation makes it easy to use. I highly recommend this product! 

I would like to know about how long one canister lasts ,I use it maybe 2 x a day for 2 small bottles. Is there a gauge to see how many bottles it makes before being out of canister energy ? and is there shipping for 2 at a time ?? or even 1 ? Any input is helpful if i am to continue to use/keep this product .

I love my fizzy water and being able to make my own carbonated water saves me from having to buy bottle after bottle! I make 1-2 liters a day! I am 100% certain I am saving money. The canisters last quite a while, over a month for me. Still, I like to keep an extra CO2 canister and exchange them, which is a wonderful option to have. Set-up was SUPER easy and it is a clean and simple addition to the kitchen.

I was at friends over Thanksgiving and they'd gotten a regular SodaStream. After tasting it with a squeeze of fresh lime, I was hooked. Then I found the Terra with the QuickConnect feature and I got me one. I love having my yummy sparkling water with me wherever I go. I love that it doesn't need to be plugged in to power. I can put it anywhere!!

We like how easy it is to use the Terra. When we purchased, I didn't realize that the syrup flavors only make about 9L each. Between the cost of the unit, the syrups and the CO2 canisters, it is more expensive that buying pop at the grocery store. I do like that I am reducing the amount of plastic bottles being used in the world. I do also like that we can make a variety of flavors so easily. I do recommend the purchasing the system. We are happy with it!

Have had this sodastream for two years now and it's been super helpful to make mu water fizzy. Sometimes I get bored with still water and need something extra, this is when I use my sodastream to add bubbles into my water using special shaped bottles. This particular set comes with a flavours to make it tastier up to your liking. Each CO2 cylinder lasts for 60L of sparkling water, or even more if you just like mild sparkling- the more you press the stronger it gets. Also it's very easy to replace and install a new cylinder of CO2, as I tip I can tell you I replace mine when it's empty at any store where they sell soda stream instore - waaay cheaper compared to buying singular bottles of water. - also minimising use on plastic = win!

First time user of a carbonator and loving it. I was between the terra and one touch electric. I preferred the one touch because of the preset bubbling options but opted for the terra because you don’t have to screw/unscrew the gas cartridge. Glad I went with the latter. Very easy and although it’s more “labor intensive” to bubble, I think it’s worth the trade off. I’m sure sodastream will eventually release a one touch with a quick connect cartridge :relaxed:️ Only challenge so far is finding a store near me that has gas exchange option.
