These are really good but the advertising feels misleading. I’m not sure what qualifies this as energy waffle. It’s basically two graham crackers with honey in the middle. It’s 130 calories for 1, with 1 gram of protein, and 9 grams of sugar. It’s advertised as a sports snack but I’m not sure why. It’s good, portable. and I would buy it again, but will treat it as a dessert.

There has been a quality Change over the past few months. The first box we had were very good, nice flavor and texture/mouth feel and the second and third have been very sweet with no particular flavor,the mouth feel.texture is not good, it's like biting into a stale cookie with mushy parts, even though the packaging is intact and not close to the expiration date. They are still probably okay for a fast sugar rush but that's not what we want. I don't think we will buy these again.
