This is decent mid-tier bacon for the price, just don’t follow the oven instructions if you actually want to eat it. 375 degrees 25-32 minutes for “less crispy” 32-40 minutes for “crispy” At 24 minutes at 375 half the pan was already so charred it was unsalvageable. 40 minutes is probably only helpful if you’re just trying to test out your smoke detectors.

I cooked all 4 pounds of this delicious bacon on my grill for a family gathering, it didn't last long. I received numerous compliments from all of the bacon lovers.

Nice, thick bacon. Not overly salty. Cooks up nicely in my smoker. Be sure to examine closely to ensure a hood meat/fat ratio, there is a great deal of variation between packages.

I don't think it was smoked much at all. There is very little flavor. The texture is nice and it doesn't shrink up much but mine was very bland. I will stick to Wright's from now on.

I've been in the food service industry for most of my life and I can honestly say that this is the best bacon that I've ever had. There isn't even a close second!

Better value than Wright brand, with careful customer selection quality is on par - culling the occasional packages that contain too much fat and/or uneven cuts.
