It's bacon. Bad bacon is better than no bacon. That said, this is good bacon at a great price. Two - two pound packages of bacon in resealable plastic bags, which is a nice feature, great feature really. Unable to use the resealable feature as I cook the entire bag at once and eat bacon like I need it to live.

Delicious flavor on the Members Mark Thick cut Hickory double smoked bacon. It's pretty thick and meaty slices and cooks nicely in the oven with little shrinkage. The smokey flavor is very tasty and fills the house with that comfort-cooking aroma. We will be buying this brand from now on. Did I mention it's a savings over the competitor!!!

This really is thick bacon, the thickest I have ever seen. I love it! The flavor is great and it cooks great. I WILL be buying more. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This bacon cooks even, is still nice and thick when done. The perfect balance of crispy and chewy. Great flavor!

This may be the best bacon I’ve ever had. Very tasty and cooks up well. I would truly rank it higher than much more expensive “name” brands. I hope it remains available.

Cooks well, doesn't shrink, good salty bacon flavor

The bacon was a good buy and nice and meaty. I would have given it a 5 star review but I don't car for the new packaging they changed to. It's stilla good price and quality bacon but the new packaging gets a thumbs down from me. Other people were complaining about the packaging too that were getting bacon.

Flavor is extremely good not overpowering, only drawback is the package that was delivered was a little fattier than I personally would have picked. But still very good over all.

Quality control was a little lax on this package. 2 lbs was almost all fat. Other package and prior purchases have been great.

The quality control for processing this bacon is terrible. The first pack that I cooked was very meaty and had a great smokey flavor. The second pack however had no flavor at all. It was very bland tasting. The bacon in this pack apparently never reached the smoker. I generally buy the 4 Lb. pack of Wright’s Bacon which has been consistently terrific. The Member’s Mark Bacon was a dollar cheaper than the 4 Lb. Wright’s Bacon but was no where neat the quality.
