Why after all this time and given the "history" of pine-sol did you decide to improve the smell. I bought pine-sol (original) last week and the smell is awful. I don't understand why you would do this. I bought the store brand pine cleaner and that is what i will use now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since bootcamp I have loved the smell of Pine. The entire living space we had was cleaned with Pine Sol. So needless to say after two months of smelling Pine Sol I had aquired a need for it. I love the smell, I think of cleanliness when I smell pine. I also have and use Pine Sol at my place of business. I have the sailors that work for me use it in their daily cleaning of the shop. I even get some senior personnel tell me that they really enjoy the way the workcenter smells. A few other friends of mine are using it in their shops also.

My family always loved the fresh smell and we lived in the North, so the fresh smell of pine was perfect. My daughter is grown and has a child of her own and also uses the power of Pine-Sol.

I use the original scent pine-sol to clean my floors, bathroom, and even the inside of my car. I have tried other brands and there is none like pine-sol. I will continue to use this product as long as it is on the market.

I AM SAD TO SAY THAT IF I CANT GET THE OLD SCENT OF PINESOL BACK THAT 40+ YEARS OF MY USING PINESOL WILL BE ENDING. IT SMELLS LIKE THE DOLLAR TREE PINE CLEANER, JUST AWFULL! Have used PineSol for years on all of my surface cleaning, as did my grandmother and mother (my children use it also). The smell of PineSol is the reason I use it!!!!!!!!! When I poured it I noticed an odd, somewhat nauseating smell. I even checked the label to be sure I had picked up the original scent. It said original scent, but smells more like another brand of cleaner, which I tried but tossed out because of the unappealing smell. WHAT HAPPENED?????? Unless the original "original scent" becomes available, I will no longer be purchasing this product.

Long lasting clean scent that's not too over powering....unless you use too much! If you use more than directed it kinda stinks( my own opinion). This is an all time must have for household cleaners

Please do not call something original when you have altered it into a very different product. Unless it goes back to the true original, I no longer have the need to purchase. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in creating a poor imitation of a great product many people grew up with.
