After decades + of using Pine-Sol original I am completely dissatisfied with the new scent if I wanted this scent I would buy the other cheaper brand I bought the other brand just to compare scents and they're is no difference. Soooooo Bummmed! Anita P Calif

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There have been a lot of cleaning products over the years that have come and gone. But Pine Sol remains. Not only is it a great cleaning product, but I love the smell that's left behind - it just reeks clean!!!

I used up an old bottle of original Pine Sol the other day and asked my husband to buy more while he was running errands. Little did I know the formula has changed ... and unfortunately, not for the better. The new scent smells nothing like pine. It has a fragrance more like cheap men's cologne or citronella that immediately resulted in a headache and nausea. I had to open a window and walk outside to keep from getting sick. I'd try one of the other fragrances but prefer the clean smell of natural pine. In addition, the others do not appear to have the same antibacterial qualities. If pine oil is too expensive, please seek other sources ... and/or increase the price ... and/or find a way to make one of the other popular scents antibacterial. Sorry, but the "new" Pine Sol is truly awful.

The house cleaning was complete when the floors were washed with Pine Sol and now I use it and truly love the smell of this product and feel it does a great job cleaning!! I know I should try the other scents but why fix what isn't broken?!

My grandmother has sworn by it since I can remember, and refuses to use anything else. My mother has also used it, as long as I can remember, and now that I am finally in my own home, I trust the power of Pine-Sol to get the job done. Thank you Pine-Sol!

I have tried other brands that smell like perfume but a closer look doesn't come near the cleaning power of Pine-sol. My kids come home, after I've mopped, and say" I can smell the clean. Love the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remain old school, and continue to use the original pine-sol for my DEEP cleaning and then I will put a little of the Pine sol outdoor fresh in a small open glass container add just a little water to it and put in with my artificial plants and use it as an "air freshener". No one can see an freshener in my house but it sure smell great!
