I've ordered these 60-qt IRIS storage bins before and were very pleased with them. This time, however, 1 of the bins was missing a handle, rendering it non-airtight. Also, the bottoms of all 4 containers were warped, so when they're sitting flat on the ground, they rock back and forth. I'm disappointed in the quality, but still could use all but 1 for the purpose I'd intended. It would be impossible for me to wrestle the big carton of 4 bins to Fed Ex or USPS, which is the only way to get a refund or replacement. All I'm really asking for is 1 small handle, but apparently that is not an option. So I'm left with 3 lesser-quality bins that would at least be airtight and basically useable, and 1 that I can use for something other than what I needed it for. Oh well...........I suppose that's better than nothing. But the description said nothing about its being factory seconds.

Wonderful boxes! I have re-ordered them many times. Sometimes they arrive with corner plastic cracked, but it doesn't subtract from their effectiveness. They are short enough to fit under a bed and versatile enough to be weatherproof outside. They stack well and there are 6 latches per box so even if one cracks or gets lost (which hasn't happened, actually), it should still work well. You technically "can" fit two of them lengthwise on a 48x72x18 rack, but they will have to be at an angle so it's not ideal. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Ordered 2 sets. ALL LIDS HAD SOME FORM OF DEFECT!!! One box had the corner smashed in. Have had other Iris product and had issues. The manufacturer drug the case out. The shipment looked like it came from Iris directly. So it was not Sam's fault.

Pieces in the underside of all but one kid were broken off. I don't think they affect the seal of the lid and I'm not supporting fabrics in them, so I'm keeping them, but finding them broken is bad quality.

I love these containers to store items, keeping them dry, such as food items, clothing and I use them for storage of dog food in my garage.

The tops are almost impossible to clasp on. Have to have the house packed up by Fri. This is a disaster!

these are light duty. seal and work well if you don't use them much. I use them camping and the handles fall off and they crack easy.

Love these storage totes! Be sure to check when first arrive for breakage. Would like to get them by the dozen instead of just 4!
