We just had this installed today and are extremely happy with it! I'm glad we paid for assembly as it comes in so many pieces. The entire process was so good - notifications about delivery dates and setting up the installation date. The installers were incredible and did an outstanding job. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend (in the Los Angeles area - can't speak about installers elsewhere).

overall a great product! takes a little time and knowledge to build. instructions are great. will need an additional person to help! if boxes went in order of build it would have saved some time, bc finding the pieces amoung 4 boxes was a little time consuming.

We bought our 16 x12 gazebo last spring. The installer showed up promptly and had the job done including clean up by 6pm the same day. We have had quite a few gatherings and everyone has been amazed with the look, quality and price of this product. And I love the fact that no Wisconsin weather can ever blow this to the ground like the last two home improvement store gazebos we purchased. We had several hiccups to include an uncooperative delivery company and a gentleman that was supposed to put it all together and realized that it was too much for him and his helper so he lied and said we didn't have all the parts. Nadege was an AMAZING help getting all of it straightened out! This is an great gazebo and the favorite part of our backyard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our pergola. So much better than an umbrella on our deck by the pool. The wind can get kind of gusty here. No more dealing with umbrellas and we have a nice place to get out of the sun.

The instructions were easy to follow along with the bilt app 3D views. Considering the amount of parts and pieces of material nothing was missing. In most cases there were extra nuts, bolts and screws. I was really impressed with the simplicity of the installation.

We love this gazebo - it is very sturdy/solid and provides great shade from the heat of New Orleans. The customer service and installation were very professional and exceeded our expectations. The built in electric panel lets you charge phones or power a radio or TV - I ran outdoor lights under the roof along with a small outdoor fan. I highly recommend - nice addition to our patio!

Bought this 2 month's ago. Looks well built and the instructions are decent. The ap with 3d helps alot. The only things that would help are better markings on hardware bags(not black). And the boards that are have holes that should down to be labeled as lower/upper.
