Various sizes fit every need. Microwaveable without the pitting you get with plastic. Although the lids say microwavable, I don't use the lids in the microwave nor do I put them in the dishwasher. I had a previous smaller set and the lids cracked. When I asked the clerk at the Corning store about it, she said they probably cracked due to microwave or dishwasher. I replaced my lids and have had no problems since.

We got these to replace some older containers we had, and these have been beyond amazing! The ability to combine the sizes within each other makes storage easy for a couple who has little storage space to begin with!

Perfectly sized and the lids are very easy to get on and off. Arthritis in my hands can make closing or removing some brand of lids difficult but these cause no discomfort. The sizes of the dishes and lids makes for easy storage as well.

I owned some glass food storage containers already and I spent much more money than this getting them! So when I saw these, I snatched them up quickly! You can store everything from a small amount of grated parmesan cheese, or leftover ranch, to individual serving sizes of a meal, to a huge salad for one person, to saving half the pot of soup or chili for your family, you'll find what you need. The best part is that in glass, my food doesn't go bad as quickly. I've noticed this especially with fresh fruit and vegetables. Strawberries used to go bad in two days max. Now I wash them, dry them, put them in one of these and they last a week or longer! Seriously the best, I love them.

I have bought this before last year, there are 3 big one. Now only 2 big ones. And they are thinner glass than the old version.

Packaging was a little weird. Some lids arrived bent it seems like just so they could cut costs during packaging, so not the most pleasant unboxing experience. Had to flatten them with heavy items before I could use them. Using them in the microwave, fridge, and dishwasher - the Pyrex has stood up to its quality reputation so far. I hope they last, love the glass!

I love these containers you can go right from the freezer to the oven. You can see exactly what's inside. They're made of high quality heat resistant glass. You get multiple sizes which is really useful for putting away leftovers.

I like using glass storage containers. Unlike plastic containers, they are nontoxic and do not leak toxic chemicals into the food when stored in the refrigerator. I like the variety of sizes that come in the box. The Glass storage containers can also be put in the microwave or oven without the lids. Just make sure the food comes to room temperature before putting in the oven! The only drawback is that the lids crack after a year of use.

Prepped food from freezer to microwave with ease. Great for storing 1 or 2 cup proportion of my cajun meat sauce dishes. During summer I scoop my husbands favorite Bluebell ice-cream directly into 2 cup bowls. If you've got one of those husband's who can't scoop it himself, this is perfect, & even for the kids. Buying this whole set together was shipper than separately. Only draw back the lid edges split over time, but can buy just lids off Walmart's website.

love Pyrex. Last time we bought, we had At least one cracked or chipped rim on bowls. This time, we had a kid smashed folded in the box. It was folded so bad it won’t go back in shape and is damaged. Good price at Sam’s though-but it seems there is always something wrong inside the box.
