Customer reviews for LG 6.3 cu ft. ProBake Convection InstaView Electric Slide-In Range with Air Fry forPoor knobs, unable to use all features
Good product but knobs are failing after owning for a year. All knobs lost ink after cleaning with all purpose cleaner. Unable to use all features without knowing what each turn is intended for. One knob stripped off as well. Oven heat is great but the poor knobs makes it difficult to use.

Does no fit flush to wall!
stove does not fit flush to wall, leaves a 1" gap, stove comes with filler part, which is too big for gap or the stove sticks out even further. should be made clear on measurements that the unit is deeper than other standard stove. the oven light sensor is sensitive, comes on if you walk by. Functionally so far ok - disappointed overall.

Great for 6 months then...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought new in May 2024 and in Nov 2024 one issue happen. Turn 1 knob on left right panel heats up, turn off ans still stays hot. Then at time use left knob to turn it off. Long story short. Had repair Jan 2025, turns out there's a recall/issue on these knobs. Will see how it work till warranty runs out.

Front Control Knobs - Dangerous
The front control knobs depress and rotate upon inadvertent contact, turning on the range accidently! I experienced top burners being on by accident three times simply by brushing against the front of the stove while reaching into a cupboard. The LOCK feature is critical; however, if not set, danger!! This resulted in a recent kitchen fire on top of the range! Company was here; pizza baked; lock not set; a guest placed a potholder with silicone backing on the stove top then inadvertently brushed against a burner knob, turning it on. Suddenly, the potholder was in flames and the kitchen/dining area filled with smoke! I found other consumer reviews with the same concern regarding LC's LSEL6335. PLEASE take this concern seriously for the sake of your customers' safety. Thank you!
We're sorry to hear this happened, and want to thank you for taking the time to communicate with LG about your experience with your LG range. We appreciate your feedback which helps us keep fresh perspective regarding new ways to improve our services and future product developments. ^Nikki
Oven temperature issues on LSEL6335FE
An LG servicer told me that I must use and external digital thermometer to know the actual inside temperature. If the Bake option is selected and set at 350, the inside oven temperature as measured digitally, only gets to 330 degrees or so. If the Bake option is selected at 360, the inside oven temperature will measure at 400+ degrees. On the Bake option, the inside convection fan runs almost continuously so I believe that the oven is functioning as a convection oven even when set on Bake. Please help, I have had servicers out here five times now in the 12 weeks I have owned this range.

Great features ??
Nice electric range. It looks great new but stainless-steel scratches very easy. Number display does not work properly and is very annoying don't know what the correct time is or temperature is for sure. I should have purchased the extended warranty but truly never expected these malfunctions so soon after purchase.

Okay but frustrating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 months ago & the features are great, but it cooks too hot. If my recipe calls for 350 I have to cook it on 325. Also when I turn the knob to Bake, I cannot set the temperature at all until I turn it past Bake & back to Bake. Very frustrating!
Returning this hazardous range
Partially my fault for not looking at the reviews. Please look at all reviews before buying this range. The readout is not backlit and the options are written in a gray lettering which are almost unreadable. I have to get on my knees and put on my glasses to see the print. If they had just put the print in white, you could see it. Ditto the tiny dots on the knobs which indicate the burner size. So many other things but most importantly, the many reviews discussing the burner malfunction causing fires. My range is going back.

WORRIED ABOUT COOKTOP COATING AND CONTROL KNOBS
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop coating is bubbling up on the large burners. We are super careful with it and only use smooth bottom pans and gentle cleanser. The two small burners look fine. Also the slightest bump up against the knobs makes the burners turn on which is incredibly dangerous. The LG assigned tech is coming out to see about a warranty on these. I hope they can fix it.

Solid performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have enjoyed the range/oven. I’ve convection oven automatically adjusts the temperature to meet the regular oven and the air fry works pretty well especially for reheating meals. The thing to watch out for is the knobs for the range are supposed to match your burner layout. We have a mismatched knob and support is taking a long time and multiple contact attempts to get this rectified
