We bought this to cover our patio for shade after we lost our backyard tree. We are so happy with the end result!! All pieces were marked and the step by step directions were easy to follow. We get so my compliments on its beauty.

Love my Cordova Gazebo. Shipping was fine. No problems. Putting it together took some time, but we followed the directions and had no problems. No missing hardware. Just organize everything before starting and have a few people to help.

Highest quality gazebo we could find for the price. The boxes in shipping came in a little shabby shape, and we were missing a short board. That is my only reason for the 4 stars. Everything as far as quality, look, and design I rate top notch.

This gazebo is beautiful. It has easy to follow instructions, all the birds and hardware are numbered and every piece was there. I’m very impressed with this company. My husband and I mostly did this project with the exception of people helping hold. And we’re still married!!!

Who is responsible for packaging, my gazebo was missing 170 pieces! When I called BD they were nice and shipped all but 1 piece out. The main piece, it was the 1st part I ordered and it is the most important part. The roof support was not included in 3 orders. I can't send it back because the frame is assembled, I still have to pay the contractor even though it's incomplete and once I receive the part sometime next week (it's Friday and BD shipping department is closed), I still have to get back on the contractor's schedule and pay them all over again!!! This has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! Be skeptical when ordering this horrible puzzle. Oh and so many pieces of the wood are bowed, if you can call it wood. I'M FURIOUS!!!!

I do not recommend this pergola and this is why. The tin roof builds up condensation and will drip. What's the point of a pergola when this happens. I have had previous pergolas from this company and loved them but this time I went with the tin roof and big mistake. Very disappointing and wish I never purchased this product.

Great product, wonderful directions. Not easy to assemble, but thats because its big and heavy. they give you all the measurements you need and the certainly were accurate. I did have to redadjust one of the predrilled holes bjt no biggie. I would have liked a portion on making footers for it, but thats not really part of the product. maybe a reminder that permits are required as well. would recpmmend

The Barrington 10 x 10 did not disappoint. It's every bit as described. Quality materials. Easy to follow instructions for building. I do wish there was an option to purchase pre-sealed...that extra step is important. But, overall really happy with the gazebo.

We just finished with the Barrington kit. It took 3 of us to complete the project but it was well worth it. The structure is solid and looks great. Several neighbors have seen it now and they all rave about our new Cabana. Thank you for making such a great product. Dave O. Bradenton Florida

Really enjoyed putting this together. Instructions and Bilt app. were spot on. Just take your time and it will be a breeze. Tip would be to get the main structure up and the roof supports built then stain/seal entire all the wood. Then install metal to roof and install the roof.
