First bit of advice is don’t print using dark ink on a clear plastic bag when the contents of the bag are the same color as the ink. Second, the manifests detailing what each box contains should all be accessible without having to open each box. This would allow people to strategically unpack things and organize them. I just started assembling today so I will update the review as I progress.

My husband is quite handy so he decided to build a similar structure from scratch. When I saw this on display at our Sam's Club, I brought him back to take a look because I loved it and it was a larger size than we thought we could afford. He was impressed with the truss system and all around durability.... After some comparison analysis, we bought the Cordova for far less than it would have taken my him to build. Not to mention the time this kit saved us from having to find the lumber and hardware, and then having to cut, stain, and assemble! I got what I wanted in a quick and easy weekend project, and my husband was thrilled at this being real a time saver for him!! It is a perfect relaxing place along side our firepit!! We are getting so many compliments on this sturdy attractive gazebo!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a 16 x 12 gazebo; it was delivered in 6 well packed boxes; most holes were pre-drilled (accurately); hardware was first class and extra pieces were included for most items; everything was well marked; the instruction book was well designed and easy to follow; even came with an electrical panel; everything went together nicely and assembly was easy. I would recommend this item to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying the gazebo when weather permits. One problem: one of the columns has rough wood around knots that should not have made it past QA. It will require some careful work to make it presentable.

I purchased this gazebo this summer and hired someone to assemble it for me. They never found time so I did it myself. I must say there are so many good things about this set. Very good quality materials that for the most part fit together like a glove. They even give you extra screws/bolts/washers which I needed because I dropped a few in the grass and could not find them and I stripped a couple screws (my fault). I did have a few problems but since I am not a professional handy man, it could of been my fault. You must get the roof framing within the correct dimensions as stated in the instructions. The 10' sides were off a slight bit and I could not get it fixed. This caused a little problem later. The roof pieces are heavy so it will take 3 strong people to set them up and secure them. The paper instructions were OK but I had to use Youtube to verify some things...and there's an app you can download too that helps allot. If you are considering it, do it.

We purchased the 14x10' gazebo in 2021 and assembled it over Memorial Day weekend. Wisconsin can provide some challenging weather and so far the Gazebo has withstood it well. We added a bar, lights, 2 TV's and a ceiling fan. It is our oasis in Milwaukee.

Instructions were very informative, recommend, reading thru all steps and understanding each will facilitate the assembly. Parts fit nicely together. Had a part damaged in shipping, but called the 800 number and they had the part shipped out that day. Very Happy with purchase. Now I will be tackling Backyard Discovery's Swing set for my grandchildren. You make great products. I went with Backyard after lots of research between brands and reviews. My friend had another brand and it caused him all kinds of problems to put together. I hired a buddy that has been a contractor for over 20 years. He has put together and setup other brands himself before ours and they did not go up as well as this one did. The fit and finish in his mind was fantastic. It took 2-3 people (definitely recommend) a solid 1-1/2 days to build it taking our time and verifying everything before just assuming we knew. Instructions were spot on. My buddy said it was with out a doubt the best pre-made gazebo he has ever put together besides building one himself. He said he would recommend this brand 100% unless the customer needs something specific built. It looks amazing and we cannot thank Backyard enough.

Honestly, wasn't sure I can put something like this together? Pretty much by myself. Well...? 1st page said for you to complete this. 2nd page said to complete this? After a couple days, the Coronado was up and looks great! Not hard at all... Very pleased with this purchase!!!
